tell me about it. The stuff that still kills me is the jumprope and the bicycle crunches. I sound like I'm in labour when I do those damn bicycle crunches
oh, i can't do the pushups, bicycle crunches, or soo damn many side lunges with shoulder raises. right about the time she's talking about not phoning it in is when i've stopped and am crying about the pushups.
well that makes me feel a lot better. While my family was here, often one of them would jump in and start doing the tape with me and I'd be so worried about them hurting themselves that I'd get too distracted to focus on myself.
Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I guess you would have to check with Artie, she's running the show. But i do know that they are starting another one relatively soon after this one is over. We only have about 10 more days in this particular challenge.

Me, I haven't done JACK since I said I lost 10lbs... and I dunno where I'm at now but I just had a new favourite... MISO SOUP! It's SO good! Better than the kind I get in the restaurant!
Take an onion (small but not TINY) and saute it in a tablespoon on olive oil (or whatever you got) until it gets clear-ish (not completely) and the I chopped up 3 things of green onion and did that with the onion. Add 2 cups water or, in my case, 1 can (2cups) of veggie stock and one sheet of nori (seaweed) cut into strips.
Take sheet and cut in half, cut again, turn horizontal and cut into quarter inch strips with a pair of scissors...
Boil the stock/water then turn low and simmer for 4 minutes... add 1-2 tablespoons of miso (mellow was used) and simmer for an additional 5 to 10 mins...
HELLA GOOD!
My friend, who doesn't like seaweed, LOVED it so much she wanted the recipe... so I had her cook more so she could do it herself. lol

Hi girls!!! Like you guys doing the Shred at like 11pm, I actually went to the gym last night right before it closed! haha Usually I'll go right after school, but we had Parent/Teacher conferences yesterday and there really wasn't enough time between when school got out and when PTA night started to get a good workout in and then shower and everything....so I went last night after the conferences. Granted, I got there a bit later than I thought I would because I was stuck with a parent for longer than the night lasted, but it's still better than nothing! haha
I am going away this weekend....so I most likely won't be around much until Sunday night! Hope everyone has a productive and healthy weekend
Oh yeah, and I almost weighed myself this morning. I brought the scale into the bathroom and everything, but I stopped myself before I stood on it! Gotta wait until Monday
i weigh myself every morning. i can't help it, i've got to. i don't know why; it's a disease.
this morning i weighed myself and i was at 185?! seriously? is my body just catching up to me after a month of being stuck around the same weight? i guess it's safe to move my ticker. maybe i'll start weighing myself only on sundays.
