This is kind of a part of yesterday but I am really hating my job lately and I was taking it out on my boyfriend at home last night. Afterwards, I felt really, really bad and just wanted to curl up into a ball and cry. I did not at all want to do 30DS and I thought about quiting during the warm-ups but I ended up finishing the entire shred and feeling a lot better after I was done.

I have downed nearly 60 oz of water today, and I did not eat the entire massive helping the lunch lady put on my plate. I stuck to a proper serving!

I changed my clothes three times this morning because I didn't like the way they looked. The good thing 4 months I HAD to be happy with what I put on because I didn't have anything to change into that would fit...

My positive today is the fact that all you ladies are absolutely awesome! I get so empowered and excited about my goal knowing that you guys are all out there with similar objectives. I love to see your successes.

Otherwise, I'm battling a cold but am not giving in to eating chocolate and treats to make myself feel better. I am strong!

One good thing about me is that yesterday night I edited my resume and put it up on Monster. (For those of you who read my Oprah question responses or saw my post to this thread earlier this week, I'm sure you understand how significant this is to me being happy and healthy.)
