I may have done some drinking this weekend but i didn't give in to temptation and avoided the fast food. In fact, except for the beer I stayed OP food wise
I'm wearing new pants that were too small when I bought them a few weeks ago OK, they're still a touch too small, but before they were truly unwearable. But now I have *three* trousers to rotate instead of just the same *two.*
JulieJ, I SO look forward to that!! right now I'm in a constant rotation of 2 pants for work and it's driving me insane. When i hit 170 I'm going for a major shopping spree. Good job!
I'm not freaking out that my scale reads a little higher because i *know* that i have no deviations of plan to blame that are due to a lack of willpower.

I'm dreaming about all the sexy flattering clothes i'll be wearing when i hit goal. It's put me in a positive mood! And I'm proud of how well I've been sticking to plan.
So one positive thing about me today is its the TOM. I still have every intention of going to the gym tonight with my workout buddy. I also still have every intention of working out just as hard even though my tummy is cramping and my boobs hurt alot!
