one positive thing about me today is hubby said to me last night when we were going to bed "wow, you're pretty skinny, i can almost put my hands around you" we don't talk about weight ever so a little weight compliment was a super boost.

Silly but last night I made the decision to weigh myself. I was bummed because I was up a few pounds. I told my BF and he got all upset with me because nightly weigh-ins aren't accurate, etc. This morning I weighed myself and while I haven't really lost any weight, I'm still at 162

I was brave enough to wear my (slightly) glowy blue eye shadow instead of my normal brownish. And I got tons of compliments which boosted my confidence even more so that by lunch time I FELT like i was rockin it!
