Okay, so this week has been pretty darn amazing for me.
I went to Old Navy (clothing store) earlier this week and I wear a size M top. I can't believe it! I have never in my life worn less than a large from any store.
Yesterday I completed the first week of the 30DS and today I did a weigh-in only to find that I lost 5 lbs since I last weighed myself! That makes it 20 lbs. total that I have lost since starting in May 2008.
In addition, I ordered size 8 skirts for work from Target (clothing store) even though I'm guessing that I'm probably a size 10. I am confident that I will fit into them by the time I am done with the 30DS.
Also, I ordered some size 6 pants online as some new "goal clothing" that I want to hit for Spring.
Thanks for all of the wonderful support and keep those positive thoughts about yourself coming!

You might be surprised. I just bought some Merona trousers from Target in a size 6. They apparently run big
