happy birthday Digging Deep!

Bought bf a slice of Pizza and I ate a WW meal! Went to Kickboxing (Aerobic) and busted my butt like never before..and a third one, the scale is still on 140.5 but for a SPLIT second it went to 139.5! YIPPEEE!

Wellllllll, it was delayed strength ... I had two pieces at the initial serving. Then another piece after I got home. This morning I was full and not craving any, but I knew that I would want it in the evening ... so it was a pre-emptive strike while I had the strength. Others were supposed to be eating the rest, but they were taking too long

Just found this thread. Really glad I did.

I made my family a big spaghetti dinner and I had a turkey burger patty with a few mushrooms and onions. And I did not regret one missed bite of pasta. Something is finally clicking with my weight loss journey.
