I got up at 6 and ran a 5K. On Thanksgiving

And spent some time admiring my abdomen in the mirror. It surprised me today by looking pretty darn good! I've got to get myself a camera

It was pizza day at work today for the children and i didn't touch one piece of it..well just to feed the children but I didn't take ONE bite..whoo hoo!!

WOO-HOO JulieJ08! Awesome! I wanna run a marathon some day... I can't run/jog at all as it is! (I know, I know, "With an attitude like that..." but seriously, I look like a fool when I run. )

One positive thing about me today is that I survived Thanksgiving without overdoing it, but while still allowing myself to indulge in a few things! Yea! Now I feel 100% confident that I can get through Christmas/New Year's, and I just know that those *size-12 jeans* I bought yesterday will still fit be fitting me all throughout the holiday season... That is, unless they get looser. I'm actually kind of looking forward to seeing my weigh-in tomorrow. I'm sure I've gained at least a little bit since Monday, but I love knowing that it could have been sooo much worse. But it wasn't, because I'm in control.

You said it right there! Control is key. size 12 jeans... that's awesome!

My Positive! I'm *still* sticking to it! Everything -- life -- work -- weightloss. And it's showing improvement in all areas.

Oh, and I'm starting to get this itty bitty waist. That's pretty cool.
(still got the thunderthighs, but they'll catch up sometime)

one MAYJAH positive about me today is.... After dinner when we hit up Old Navy for some jeans on sale...I'M A SIZE 14!!! I haven't been a 14 in almost TEN YEARS. I know sizes have changed a little since then, but it feels amazing.

One positive thing about me today is that as of today, I've exercised 6 days in a row!! This is a record for me, one that I intend to keep pushing higher and higher. (I don't think I've ever exercised more than 3 days in a row before now in my life.)

One positive thing about me is that I bought old navy size 18's yesterday. And guess what, They FIT!!!! Okay, so they are a little snug.... But I was at a 24 and now I am in an 18? ROCK ON!!!

One postive thing about me today, I have decided it's time to lose this excess weight via healthy diet and exercise and doing something about it rather than just threatening it lol.
I have done 30 mins exercise and had a light brekky and lunch.
