Volatis nice drop GO YOU

Joe, hoping for a nice drop tomorrow

Kukkie good job on the 1.2lbs GONE

Trina Thanks, it's supposed to update automatically when I weigh. We shall see

DayDreamer sorry about the up. You could be retaining water from the walk also, it may not be the calories, just saying. I didn't go walking today for the same reason plus I need to nap before church, but I will tomorrow for sure, no excuses. I only had inclines on the treadmill though, good for you on the hills

Thanks I am powerful Nope you can't gain that much weight overnight so definitely water. I love your positive attitude, GO YOU

ap14 on 5lbs GONE now onto the next five

I'm down .7 to 167.4 I hope I can keep this going. I would love to see 165 by next week
Thank you! I'm excited for another 5 to be gone! I'd love for my jeans to fit a bit looser

imthegoddess, at least I am moving so.. I can deal with the soreness :P hahaha not as bad as it used to be when I went to the gym.

I am powerful, give it a day.. maybe 2. Hopefully those pounds will disappear as fast as they came.

ap14, grats!!!

love2b150, it's okay. I had been craving frozen yogurt for a while. Besides, varying calories helps sometimes. Hopefully I see a drop tomorrow morning. :P You are doing great!!!

Goldana, welcome! Think positive, this will be the last time we have to start again right?

Imthegoddess your will power must be out of this world. Way2be.

Congrats on the weightloss and maintenance my peeps. Fabulous!

Well, I got on the scale. Up 3.5 lbs, what and no way are what I'm thinking. I know my calorie count doesn't equate to that gain, so water weight it's the only logical. I have kidney disease so that can go up fairly easy. Never give up, right. hit the gym last night and burned an even 700cal. Gonna eat some healthy stuff and hit it again. This too shall pass. Next weigh in Sunday.
Great job on the gym last night. They had cookies and scones today at work. It's never ending. I really wanted a cookie, but I had my pear. Cookies will always be there. I want to lose this weight now.

Here's my info:

1/6: 238.8
1/13: 233.8 (literally right on the money)
Nice 5 pd drop, congratulations!

imthegoddess good for you for resisting all those temptations at work. It's all about choices.

I am powerful great job on hitting the gym. No way those 3 pounds will stick.

Everyone seems to be doing so well and collectively, so many pounds gone Congratulations Goldana, love2b150, bigjoe,
Kukkie84, Volatis, ap14! And I apologize if I forgot anyone. There's so much activity on this thread, I'm losing track when I don't check in every day.

Had a couple of 12-hour days at work, but now I have 4 days off. Planning on relaxing, keeping warm (it's still very very cold) and exercising more, so that I can finally cross over to the 220s for good.

Have a great day everyone!

And just like that 3lbs came packing on. Ordered out dinner last night, probably too much sodium. I'll increase my water intake today and see if I can flush it out.

Good Morning Everyone

Well I didn't win the powerball, so work it is lol. The weather is cold but hopefully no more snow. I'm doing good not eating the snack bars, so me.

Martine Enjoy your time off, you deserve it.

bigjoe Great job on the scale

Kukkie Sodium does me in as well. That's why I stopped buying all those frozen meals for my lunches. Now I just make my own or pack a salad.

hi all around. Enjoy your day everyone!

Sigh... 218.6 (+ 0.6) this morning. I am confused. and annoyed. Even went out for my walk yesterday. Oh well, that's weight loss for you isn't it? In one month or two, it won't matter because I will lower anyway...

I'll do my best to not think about it.

to the thread Goldana Glad to have you

ap14, loose in the stomach area feels good

Thanks DayDreamer frozen yogurt sounds really good I know it's easier said than done when your scale number is up to not think about it ... but like you said, "it's weight loss for ya' and it will get lower"

imthegoddess sending you a friend request on MFP I want some spaghetti, but I eat the shirataki noodles Good job on resisting all of the temptations at work. December is the only time we have the constant sweets at my job, thank goodness

Thanks Martine Enjoy your time off

Joe good job on the .6 down

Kukkie take out is for certain the culprit of the up on the scale Oh my goodness time is truly flying or I can't count. Mommy's baby will be in kindergarten before we can blink That's how I feel also ... my baby's are growing up too fast

Trina that's why I stopped eating them also, except for the Santa Fe rice you can add so much to that one YAY for no snack bar

I'm down another .5. I changed my final goal again. I think this is where I'm gonna leave it.

I needed to do a fun workout today, so I brought out my PS2 and Dance Dance Revolution mat and decided to dance. That lasted about 15mins and then my legs hurt LOL

So this afternoon, I pulled up YouTube on the tv, looked up some music videos, and tried to dance along (looking like an idiot in my living room, but hey, I'm home alone!). I also made up some choreography...now that I type this out, I realize how weird this sounds LOL. According to my fitbit, it says I burned 298 calories in my 43 active minutes. Hopefully that's right because it sounds good to me! I remained in my target heart rate zone, so the scale will tell!

goldanawelcome to the thread and good luck on your journey

ap14 and that is soo not silly. Enjoying your jam is the best way to beat down the lbs. You should see me clean the kitchen. I totally shake it to the music. Boogie is for the soul.

Imthegoddess pears are super yummy. I admit I dip into my baby's jars of puréed pears. You're job sounds like a weightloss killer but you are buff on willpower. Keep it going!

Kukkie feel your pain. Stay strong, onederland is soooo close.

Daydreamer hang in there and try not to worry about a gain unless it sticks around for a few days. Keep on keepin on and the weight will have no choice but to follow.

Martine 4 days is awesome. I too hope it gives you the time you need to make that scale cross over. I really am rootin for ya!

I did the gym again yesterday, 700cal there and then 2mi walk in the evening. All together 6mi and I ate very well. Tonight my oldest is 13 and he wants Taco Bell, silly boy, for his special dinner and dirt cake. I've got my replacement for dinner but I plan on having dirt cake. Serving size appropriate and not binge enticing. I want to get a couple walks in, but we'll see. My cleaning load is very high today. Can't take pics in a messy living room now can we

LOL ap14, my daughter found the game and mat in her brothers room now she needs to find the PS2. I love that game. Good job on your creativity ... I would have never thought of that GO YOU

I am powerful great job at the gym and on your 2 mile walk. My daughter turned 12 on the 7th and her dinner of choice was Taco Bell chicken quesadilla My oldest told her that she should have picked a nice restaurant to go to but she's 22, the 12 year old doesn't think that way. At first she wanted to go to Chipotle but changed her mind since she had never been there

I made it to the gym today only 381 calorie burn 3.23 miles. I couldn't get me speed up but I kept up with the inclines. Hopefully my shins will get use to the treadmill again ... soon Came home took a nice nap, picked my son up and now I'm eating a huge salad. Hope the salad dressing doesn't do me in. I bought the Olive Garden salad dressing so so good

Great job on the gym. I need to start walking or something to get moving. I sit all day. Work is not always that bad with food, but we have a person leaving and we had cake for her the other day, and then yesterday she brought cookies and scones in for everyone. I work at a research hospital, and our division is part of the Dept of Med. They are across the hall, and whenever I go over there, they have food out. LOL
