bigjoe congratulations on your 34th wedding anniversary! Gabriel Iglesias is hilarious, that must have been a great evening out.

Volatis don't mind this morning's number, you'll be back under 180 in no time. You're doing great!

loveofmylife001 we used to always have snack bars in the house, but hubby would go through the box so fast, we decided it wasn't a healthy option and we haven't bought any in many years now.

Glad to have a second day off today, after our inventory on Saturday, which went very well. It's a beautiful sunny day here but cold Tried a couple of new workouts this morning. Trying to offset the overnight gain.

01: 235.2
02: 234.6
03: 232.6
04: 231.6
05: 231.0
06: 230.8
07: 231.8

Good Marvelous Monday Everyone

I hope that everyone had a great on plan weekend.

I finished reading the Volumetrics book that I ordered and it just makes so much sense to me. It's a good thing that I don't mind cooking. There's a lot of recipes in the book and I made my meals for the whole week. So there's no reason for me not to eat on plan this week.

I will try to check back in later. Have a great day!

Martine You were typing above me lol I'm glad the inventory went well and you can put that behind you. It's also here. I just hope we don't get anymore snow along with the bitter temps. Enjoy your day

213.6 this morning. I'll take it. I know that number could be a lot worse with my lack of attention to my diet the past 6 weeks or so. I've pulled my hula-hoop back out and have it sitting on the rug in the middle of my living room. I've been trying to hoop at least a few minutes a couple times a day. I'm not very good, but any movement is better than just sitting on the couch.

01 ~ 214
09 ~ My birthday
10 ~ 214
11 ~ 213.6

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I make no promises but I'm going to try to be better at posting and doing personals . . . Step 1 - I am reading what others post.

Last week was pretty good- looking to do better this week with eating and exercise. Also trying the Dukan diet to see if something else may help. I'm in the experimenting phase these days, and I'm excited to try something new!

Hi everyone, just a quick check in since I am at work. Today was the official end of my first week back on plan. I lost a total of 5 pds. Not too bad. Onward to week 2. Have a great day everyone.

imthegoddess dealing with cranky kids is sooo hard. One of my son's has extreme behavior issues with fits that can last hours. It's amazing how much their attitudes and moods can affect us. It's worth the torture though right!? Hmmm.

Daydreamer 218 sweet. That is my first big goal number. Way to hit it for me

Lovemylifehope volumetrics works really well for you.

Bigjoecongratulations on the anniversary, I'm glad you enjoyed your night out.

I am a super cranky pants. Last night was rough and apparently the emotions carried through my dreams and into the morning. I woke up wanting to stuff my face. So I am really trying hard. Fighting kids, messes, broken dishes, time lines for school and scouts, planning my son's 13th bday and having one of those moments where I think I'll never reach that world of the 100's again. Breathe in and out. Go clean the kitchen and then move on to the next point. Get rid of the stuff causing the stress and anxiety, except the kids , I should really keep them, instead of eating it. my fighting stance. Bring it on

to the thread NightAngel Glad to have you join us

Thanks Trina I can't wait Right now I'm looking forward to the 150's Yay on the 5lbs GONE

Volatis, I thought that's what I would see them as a snack but I only like the fiber one bars. I could eat an entire box. So that was pointless

Joe Happy 34th Wedding Anniversary to you are your Mrs. the up on the scale could very well be from eating out (sodium). It'll be gone in no time

Kukkie YAY on staying the same no up

Martine sorry for the up but great on trying new workouts

Happy Belated Birthday Kris nice weigh in Keep it going

dcapulet, I did Dukan ... it does work. I liked every thing except the Dukan mayonnaise, yuk Best of luck to you on it

DayDreamer steady movement GO YOU

I am powerful, sounds like my house minus the broken dishes and planning birthday parties. I have so many kids it has always been just us. I pray that you get some relief soon

well down .8 ... having a pretty good day. Went to visit a great friend after work. She's such a positive person, I love being around her.

I'm still plateauing, I am so fed up of 217/218. I have been sticking to around 1500 calories per day but had moved to missing out breakfast and eating more at lunchtime, with dinner roughly the same amount but I have been eating up to my limit each day with snacks.
Today I have gone back to a high fibre breakfast, small lunch, usual dinner and no snacks. Calories of around 1250. Hope I see a change soon. My mini target is to be at 212lbs by my Mum's birthday which is on 28th of this month.

1. 218.2
2. 218.2
3. 218.2
4. 218.2
5. 218.2
6. 217.4 (-.8)
7. 217.2 (-.2)
8. 217.6 (+.4)
9. 217.6
10. 217.4 (-.2)
11 217.4

bookwyrm sorry about the plateau. I use to hit them so often when first started on my journey. You may want to try calorie cycling or eating more. Your calorie intake may be too low right now and you may be eating at maintenance calories. Just a thought, I am certainly no expert

noshoes sorry about the up, it could be that you are retaining water in your muscles from your daily activity. Again just a thought
