Another 3 pounds lost! Been doing muay thai 3-4 days a week.
And it really helps in melting fat. and most importantly, it's SO FUN!

Hi Everyone
Had a crazy busy Monday, but stayed 100% on plan. Am so happy to finally be getting my life back A long ways to go and many challenges ahead....but I'm ok with all of it
Glad to see this thread is pretty active, as it really is my motivation to connect with others working for the same goal!!
