Thanks eveyone... Yes we had fun it was cool to see him... We saw Sinbad a few months ago and he was really good.

Rennie - You may be right, I don't normally drink soda, But I had 2 glasses of diet coke/Pepsi at the show... I don't drink alcohol ... unless its a special occasion like winning the Powerball!

213.4 today.

Last night's dinner will be today's lunch (and dinner again tonight). I'll also have a salad.

Zucchini Boats

Filling:
1 lb. ground turkey
1 green bell pepper
1/2 onion chopped
4 ounces fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 "pinches" of Velata Coriander Herb
8 ounce can tomato sauce with 2 teaspoons Velata Herbed Marinara mix

3 Zucchinis

1. Brown the turkey and onions with the coriander herb. Drain
2. Slice the zucchini in half and scoop out the middle to make a "boat" for the filling.
3. Chop the pepper, mushrooms and the zucchini that was removed from the boats.
4. Add the chopped veggies to the browned turkey/onions. Saute until almost tender.
5. Mix 8 ounce can of tomato sauce with 2 teaspoons Herbed Marinara Mix and add to the filling mixture.
6. Mix in the Mozzarella cheese.
7. Fill the boats with the filling.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
9. Sprinkle some additional Mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 8-10 more minutes.

I have enough of the filling mixture left over that I'll probably use it on some spaghetti squash later. Some things I'll change the next time I make this: One: I think it needs more of a tomato taste so I may swap the tomato sauce with a small can of tomato paste. Two: I will probably also add some parmesan cheese as well.

My zucchinis were long and skinny (it's what the store had). I think shorter, thicker ones would work better.

Yesterday was a PERFECT eating day! I'm so happy about that

Now to tear myself away from my gorgeous, wonderful fiancee long enough to get to the gym...

Hi everyone, yesterday was a good day for me. I didn't weigh this morning, because I don't like to weigh everyday, and I pretty much did last week. Today is my free day, but I'm still trying to stay as close to plan as possible. Beyond diet does not have a calorie count per say, but Myfitnesspal does, and even though I ate what I was supposed to yesterday, and skipped my afternoon snack, I was 66 calories over myfitnesspal. It plays with my head. I have a plan for today, and I hope it goes well.

Have a good day everyone.

imthegoddess, 5 lbs is awesome!!!

I am powerful, any time hahaha. My first big goal would prob be 176 ish or so. Hope your mornings get better. I have been cranky too! Been snapping at my husband of the silliest of reason. Poor him. Stay strong!

love2b150, Thanks! Glad you are doing so well!

bookwyrm, I am sorry. But don't give up! Change something in your diet or exercise routine. Try eating less calories one day and more the next. You can do it!

noshoes, have you kept track of what you eat? Perhaps calories are sneaking in somewhere?

MadeToThrive, Yumm!!! Send me some :P

dcapulet awesome!

I am down 0.2 lbs lol 218 even this morning. I DID IT!!! by the way. I went out for a walk in the freezing outside. I kind of got "lost" (went the wrong way). Found the walking/biking trail after that turn around. My poor pup was not even tire, he wanted to run, and we would for like 5 seconds and then I would have to stop and he was just pulling on the leash. Maybe someday I'll be able to keep up with him.

Bigjoeyou're killin it. This months goal is in the bag.

Madetothrive thx for the recipe

Imthegoddesstrying to stick to plan on your day off is a woot woot! Yay you!

Daydreamerthose little spurts of jogging are gonna turn into laps around the city and your pup begging for a break.

Dcapuletyay to your perfect day.

Well there were pluses and minuses to yesterday. No working out, not the best eating, tweaked my back again. Pluses: got work done on the kitchen and my oldest's school project. Enjoyed my treat but didn't over indulge, this is huge for me and I'm liking that improvement. It's coming more and more regularly, the no binge eating thing. Still a long way to go and even though I'm sitting here icing my back right now, I feel so much better about today than I did yesterday morning. Weigh in again Thursday. Hoping its good.

Kris, that looks so so good

dcapulet, tear yourself away Dear and congratulations on your engagement

imthegoddess, yay for good days and today will be even better ... stay positive and keep smiling, joy is coming

DayDreamer, good job on your loss I hope someday to be able to run or even jog for a few minutes without getting out of breath.

I am powerful, sorry about your back, glad you had an overall good day yesterday. Hoping for a great weigh in for ya

Went to the gym with my son for the first time today burned 390 calories, in 1 hours, totaling 3.57 miles, 3.0-3.7 speed, 2.0-6.0 incline. Not too bad for my first walk

Hi everyone!

I've been tired the past few days so I was sleeping (my room is FREEZING at night and it doesn't help that it's 20F outside :P), but I'm back

I weighed in yesterday and was down another 3! Woo hoo! Tomorrow marks one week since I've started my nutrisystem journey. I can't wait to see the final result tomorrow and get started with the nutrisystem desserts YUM!!!!

ap14, sorry to hear your room is so cold at night. I like my room cold when I sleep so I turn the heat down but have to turn it back up as soon as start moving around. Maybe some nice thick flannels or those new onesies will help, just a thought. Hope you get some energy and find a way to get warmer Good job on the 3lbs GONE. Can't wait to hear what your week total is

lovemylife001, Thanks I actually like winter... but not for exercising. I like blankets and becoming a blanket burrito, and warm drinks :P

I am powerful, I would hope so!!! I am not sure my dog will be begging for a pause though. He is a HIGH energy breed (husky). We take him to the dog park everyday 1h and he plays, comes back home and he still has energy!!
love2b150, I hate being so out of shape, but I guess I have always hated exercising even more hahaha.

ap14, we got quite a high energy bill last month (first energy bill at this apt) and we decided it was our pretty crappy heaters (even with them on we were chilly). So we turned them all off. Our bed is the warmest place in the house!!! We have a duvet (they can be pricey but I love the thing, bought it half off) and we HATED going ot bed with FROZEN sheets so we got 2 king size blankets and we put one under us and one on top.
So pretty much this: fitted sheet, blanket, US, blanket, sheet, duvet, comforter. Maybe you can see about doing something like that? The blankets were pretty cheap, $15 each (Fred Meyer). Hope that gives you an idea/helps?
