I am looking for some motivation. New friends to take on my journey. I am hoping for 240 by the end on the month. I will try my best to drop in daily!! I weigh in weekly on Tuesdays. But I will do daily with my home scale. But my home scales are crazy!!!

Today finishes one week on program. So far so good not too many problems.
It's also my "weigh in" & I'm down 8.4lbs.
Here's to week #2 - this week I start exercise

Going to lunch today with my daughter for my birthday, but I've already checked the menu and planned my lunch so that I'm on program. No more mistakes like I made on Sunday - went to lunch with my son & his girlfriend and ordered what I thought was a healthy choice (a veggie burger) - looked it up when I got home and was shocked that it was over 800 calories and over 60 grams of carbs.

Yesterday was my birthday. Even though I didn't exceed my daily calories by very much I definitely exceeded my sodium and carbs with 2 meals out (dinner at a Japanese Steakhouse). I'm not concerned about the increase - hopefully I'll see the scale move the other direction soon.
