I've never weighed-in daily like this and I'm really beginning to love it. When the scale goes down- I want to keep doing things that will continue to drive it down. And when it goes up- I'm driven to want to fix it.
As this point, the satisfaction on the scale really is better then "cheating." I hope it stays that way.
lunarsongbird ~ love what you said about daily weighing being very motivating. I know some people get too obsessed with it or let it depress them. I am like you; I use it as a way to know when I am doing something right or when I need to change or if something I've eaten isn't good for me. Keep up the great work!

Well, I knew the scale wouldn't be good to me today. TOM is around the corner so I'm already retaining water. It seems the two weeks that surround this time are always the worst weigh-ins for me. Plus, I injured my foot the other day from trying to jog outside. I don't know what I did to it, but it really hurts. I hope I don't have a stress fracture. I've been icing it along with taking Aleve and Ibuprofen. So, exercise has been the bare minimum which isn't helping with the scale.
