Thank you so much for the compliments about my pictures. You know how to make a girl feel good. starbrite A teenager? I love that! There were 3 young couples sitting at the dinner table with us in one of the links. It's funny, I am old enough to be their Mom, but I feel young like them. Although, I wouldn't consider fighting with the jet ski or going parasailing. That's where my age and maturity comes it. Ha Ha I may call it age and maturity, but let's get real. I just don't want to get hurt and have to deal with healing. I will stick with my little dolphin, than you very much!

Stars I've missed this place. Will fill in the last 2 years or so in another post, but basically was trucking along awesomely, got sidelined by a broken right leg and broken left elbow, at the same time. Met a guy, fell in love, had a baby and here I am. I started here at 289+ pounds, last official weigh in was 198. Here I am, 2+ years and an 8 month old later, weighing in at 238. Ugh. I chose not to weigh in -officially- at the 1st of the year, I didn't want it to be a resolution, instead, I just want to be back on track and chugging towards goal.

My 8 month old had tubes put in his ears today, I didn't sleep at all last night. Minor surgery, I know, but he's my baby. Still OP, even avoided the lovely nurses spread of sweets, deep fried, breaded, sugared carbs they lay out for the parents. Sipped on my smoothie and gulped coffee.

Job interview with the state this afternoon, hopefully...something in my closet will fit. Ugh. Wish me luck ladies!

Need to make sure I drink a lot of water today to get rid of the extra carbs from yesterday.

My new BodyMedia arm band came today. I wore one when I first started losing weight and it was so helpful and motivating. I ordered a new one because the technology has changed and it can be synced to my phone (and they are soooo much cheaper now). I also got myself a badly needed freezer on Sunday so I can plan and prepare meals and such ahead of time. And . . . . I ordered a new blender (Blendtec) so that my green smoothies will actually be smooth. lol.
