I'm not new here, but I haven't been on board in a while. I gained weight back and lots of it, so I'm here trying to get out of the 270s.

Currently at 274

Back up to 273 today. Today was my birthday, and I ate over my calories but it was planned. I'm actually looking forward to being back on plan tomorrow, haha. :)

feeling much better this afternoon. got on the scale when i got home at 274.2 hahah here comes 270. today was a rough day as far as work goes... I just needed to get out of that office so when I did my whole outlook changed. unfortunately those are the ropes and tomorrow will be better. i won't allow myself to have more than one day like that :)

At this moment in time, I'm trying to break IN to the 280s but I didn't see a thread for getting out of the 290s so I'm posting here. I've been stuck between 270-290s for like two years, and it's driving me nuts. Now that I'm gaining so much muscle, my scale refuses to fall below 290 for more than a week, but I know I'm losing fat too. Really hoping to get beyond 270 in the very near future....

Awww. Sept you can do this. I know by next week I won't be seeing you in here anymore, but if you are thats ok. Your trying your butt off and that's what counts..

Keepmoving, welcome back. You can do this. It's good that your building muscle and working out.. I have yet to hit the gym and I know I need to. It's my goal once we get back from Cali. I know I know excuses..lol.. I just don't want to start going and then be gone for a week. Anyway nice to see you here.. Good luck!!

Been a rough week overall, but I only gained a couple pounds and my weigh ins not until Monday so there's still hope. I'm always really good at work so I'm sure something will happen or at least I'll be the same as last week.

I hope everyone has a great Friday and Saturday if I don't come on tomorrow. My hubby's off tomorrow so I probably won't make it on. We always have lots to do when he's off..

Welcome! Of course you can post here! Your practically there anyway! Sorry that dumb scale won't move down, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time and then hopefully the weight just falls!!

On the scale this morning: 277.0.
I have to say I am confused. Looking at my intake yesterday I should be up, not back down from yesterday's 279, and down for two days ago's 277.4...
These last two days I ate REALLY bad. I ate a huge strawberry shortcake last night, 4, wait a minute!!! 5!!!! 5 tacos from Don Pedros!! (I forgot I ate one of H2B's). My cals we so far above 2k yesterday. My fat, sugar, carbs, SO HIGH. The day before I had the beloved BK fish sandwich WITH CHEESE!
Granted, I thought the two pound weight gain the other night was muscles healing after weight lifting and the incredible salt intake, blah blah blah, but I did not expect to LOSE anything after that came off.
Makes me wonder if I was eating too little lately.

Sorry about not posting here yesterday, but welcome (or welcome back) to the new faces! :wave: It also seemed like a few of us were having bad days yesterday, so I'm sending out hugs to you all, as well. :grouphug: You guys have totally got this! As for me, my weigh-in was 270.4 this morning, so I'm hoping this means I'm back on track...? We'll see!

Dragonfly: Speaking of birthdays, I just saw your wedding is scheduled on mine...September 6th is an awesome day for awesome things! ;) Glad you're doing better today...the body is a mysterious thing. I know when I had my stall this week, I'd been under calories the day before, so you're probably on to something.

Choose: I hope you're feeling better today, too. When I have days like that, I have found that 3FC is the best place for me, and I will stalk around here all day until I snap out of it! There was recently a thread started that has really helped keep me in check the past few days when I was feeling a little frustrated. Not sure if you're already on it, but just in case, here it is: Things you tell yourself. It's worth a look!

Sept2012: Woo, and you're moving again! Sometimes it feels like a train trying to start back up from a stop to me when I get those stall days (am I the only one who envisions this? lol), but you will be chugging right along again in no time. Sometimes I wish our bodies made less stops at these "train stations", but I guess it is par for the course. Glad to see your body moving along for you again! :yes:

270.7 today. I will take it!!! .8 lbs from the 260 thread. I wont be there long either as I have to meet my goals by June. I can't wait to go horse back riding by June 21st. Everything I do, think, eat, believe and contemplate over the next 3 months will be in direct alignment with my want to ride horses and not have to worry about any weight restrictions.

Have a great weekend! Is gonna be BEAUTIFUL here today. sunny and 65 can't be happier!

I feel like I am flying through the 270's now! Today I am already down to 275 :woohoo: it just needs to stick ;)
