Today the scale moved to 277.0 :)

smashlers 01-09-2013 11:09 AM

I hope to be in the 270's this week... I need to have lost 1.8 lbs.... I have been under my points all week but feel ravenous. I just am never satisfied. Maybe TOM? I have also been trying to stay super hydrated, with the hopes that I wont retain so much water this month around.

First time I have posted in the group! Nice to be here and read everything you've been posting!

Smashlers: Welcome!

Went to Spin class. It was TOUGH! But I'm glad I went. Tomorrow is Body Pump. I won't be weighing in until Monday, but I really would like to see some lower numbers!!

SO CLOSE to the 260's! I really hope to see the 6 on the scale next week. I'm at 272.5!

Lost 5 pounds. Haven't really been trying. So that makes me excited. I'm not to huge on counting calories etc, but just making smarter (and smaller) choices! Super dehydrated, can't seem to drink water when it's snowing outside, so I haven't been rowing, but I'm trying my best to get started on that sometime this week too.

No movement in the scale, but that's my fault. I haven't been getting to the gym very well lately. It is so darn cold here, it's hard to get the courage to get up early to go to the gym. -18 this morning. Ugh. But, it seems to want to stay cold for the next week, so I need to ignore it and go anyway.

I seem to be off to a good start this week. I was finally able to get started and I'm down 7 lbs since Monday. I'm trying to focus on small goals like 10 lb and 10% milestones, hoping that will keep me motivated to keep going. I hope you all are doing well on your journey to better health.

So Happy To See This Page

I just weighed myself a couple of weeks ago and the scale said 277.8lbs. I was making good progress with eating until this point. I just go so depressed and completely back slid on all the progress I was making. Either way, I am glad to see you all here!

Weighed in today

I weighed in at 279.4 this morning. Just teetering on the edge. I skipped the sugar in my coffee and used some soy milk instead and coconut nectar to sweeten. It's pretty expensive, but it has a low GI, minimal sugar and tastes darn good. I made a chia seed pudding with it and it came out fantastic!

On another note, ca/n anyone explain to me how to get one of those weight loss tickers on my profile

I didn't have a great week because I failed to plan well. I did not gain anything back and somehow lost a pound. I have already planned for the coming week, cooking some chicken in the crock pot to take for lunch next week, along with some salads. Looking forward to losing more and hoping to hit at least the 10 lb mark by next Saturday.

you need to have been a member for 20 days and have at least 20 posts.

You can find out how to do it here http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/anno...questions.html

How is everyone doing? Weighed yesterday... down another 2 pounds. Still struggling with drinking water. It's not that I'm drinking pop, or coffee, it's I don't drink anything. Any ideas? It's just been so cold lately and I don't feel thirsty. They put a water machine 10 ft from my desk at work, so that's been helping, but I still haven't been getting in nearly enough.
