wannaskipandlaughThanks :) Seriously hoping by May we will be in the next group! Good thing my goal weight at the end of March is 281, looks like that's what I will be hitting. And my migraines are the worst! I get the spot in my eye for like 20 minutes the. The pain hits bad! Ugh...
dragonflyWow! We are pretty much around the same starting weight, close current weight and close overall goal weight! Cool :) Go us tall chicks!

Hello and I hope that you both are feeling much better today (Migraines Yuck!) I hope that the weather is warmer for you today! It is a pretty morning here. I saw my first rabbit in my yard in almost 2 years (we had coyotes running around this part of Florida for awhile and even the squirrels were decimated). It was so cute.. and started my day with a smile. I send you both and everyone on this site a smile and a wish that nothing tempts us today and if it does, we have the strength to ignore it!

Hi ladies.. I am so bummed that the scale is going up. I am at 281 today and I was 279 on Monday. Not sure what the deal is. I was within my calories and it's too early for TOm so I am beside myself. Blah.. I am going to be downing the water today and watching everything I do to try and figure it out. Were going to California on MOnday and my biggest fear is all the eating out and I'm so afraid I won't make it back without gaining. So I hope I can lose a little bit more by then.

Congrats to all you guys for losing. WE CAN DO THIS!!

This may be a TMI post, so if you don't like discussing TOM, do not read any further.

So, I have PCOS. I have gotten probably around 10 periods my whole life. I don't know about this stuff. When you guys discuss water retention due to TOM, when does it occur? Right before it hits? During? What?

So today I was 285.2 which is nice since yesterday I was 287 up from 284 lol...wtf?! Anyways, it is my birthday today and not going to lie, that number will be up again, probably 287 again but for reals haha. Didn't workout the past three days either :/ oh well back on it!

For me it's about a week to a week and a half before. It throws me off so bad that I actually got an app to track it so I can take control that time of the month. Meaning no soda, no caffiene, more sleep, and water water water.. I'm tired of getting derailed every months..

I am so frustrated.. Gosh I'm up another pound today. I am spot on with my calories and I must of drank at least a gallon of water yesterday. I don't know what the deal is. The only thing that's off with me (sorry TMI) is my *oop is not good. I'm still going, but it's runs. So I wonder if I have a little bug of some sort and my bodys working it out. Anyone have any advice for that?
Well, I'm thankful that were going to be busy today so I won't be thinking about it to much. Hope you ladies are doing great.

Hello all.....

Water is our bain and our saviour isn't it?! But the extra does eventually go away. Maybe we all eat too much salt? Just thinking. I have cut down alittle from the "processed meat" which has alot of salt in it. It helped me alittle. Just a thought. But during TOM... Hormones and our bodies just need that extra fluid for the possibilities.....

Sassy.... try fiber... that might really help with your troubles! Is does mine :)

I do sometimes think it is mind over matter too. Thinking and believing that the weight and water is gone..... works. Good Ole Brain power.

Okay so we have a bunch of us right around the same weight. IChoose, Erinmarie (birthday girl :) ), SIlverfire, Dragonfly, Sassy lets get to the 270's (I know silverfire you are there and will lead us!) and let those lbs fly outta here!
