Sassy, since I have been tracking more than just calories (carbs, fiber, etc), I have realized that I do no get the about of fiber I need in a day so I have been taking soluble fiber. I just throw two tablespoons in my smoothie in the morning. I read somewhere that we are supposed to get like 25 grams a day. The two TBS are 3 grams. You can take it twice a day but seriously just the once gives my body the extra umph to do it's biz.

Holding at 275. I have "officially" started going to the gym as of yesterday. So far I like it (I was sure I was going to hate it) I expect to hold a little water while my body adjusts to all the things I am going to make it do :lol:

I'm at 272 today. My losses have slowed down this week, but that's just how it goes. Some weeks I'm steadily dropping .5 lb a day, and some weeks my body just seems to want to hold on to that weight. This has been a slow week. Hoping to see 269 soon (like, tomorrow would be totally nice - got that body? haha not going to happen, but a girl can hope!)

I am kinda taking a scale holiday of sorts. It (the constant weighing) was driving me bonkers. I have to say although i am a little scared what friday will bring in a way I am a bit more relaxed this week. Since I am also not calorie counting its a bit of a gamble but I think I needed a break to see if it all works out.

I hope you all are doing great!! I lost another lb today. I am so thrilled. It is a nice train that I am riding now. I really like the view and will continue to take full advantage of this ride! I hope your weight loss train is a smooth ride today!

Ichosetobelieve, good luck. I know you can do this. It's a good idea to take a break every once in awhile and see if we can do this on our own right? Well, can't wait to see how it goes for you.

As for me still the same. I'm frustrated, but I'm not going to quite. I can't! I went out and bought 4 new fitness and health magazines, worked on my smash book and feel ok. I started excersising, but hurt my knee (when I wasn't excersising) so I'm going to give that a break. WE go to California on Monday so I want to make sure my knee is ok for all the walking we have to do while on Vaca. I hope everyone has a wonderful OP day!!

Thank you ladies for the birthday wishes!! You gals are so sweet :) Weighed myself today and was 284.2 which is hilarious because I haven't worked out in three days, kiiiiinda pigged on my bday, and had a cupcake, like a fancy one that prob had a million calories. Thank you scale gods for being so good to me! Was drinking tons of water the whole time though as well. Well it's back to gym tonight :)

The scale keeps moving in the downward motion.
My body is still a little sore from Stone Mountain, I am eating like ****.
I bought some more fruit and veggies to throw in my breakfast smoothie. Going to add in some parsley and cilantro for the next few days.
In 7 pounds, I can run. In 7 pounds, I can run. I can do this, in 7 pounds I can run! Do I want that cinnamon roll or do I want to run? I want to run!

:bravo: I had this fight with myself not even an hour ago but it was over a doughnut. I decided that the scale going down and meeting my April 1st goal early was more important than a doughnut.

Erinmarie, maybe that was a birthday present from your scale. haha Glad you had a great birthday and you didn't gain. That is so AWESOME!!

Ichoosetobelieve, thanks for being supportive. You will find your swimsuit. I know how hard it is. I ended up getting mine at jcpenney online. I picked there because you can return it in the store so I bought like 4 and returned them once I found one. So frustrating though. Good luck on that.

I hope I didn't forget anyone, if I did sorry! I've been working on my blog all day since my son is at my Mom's house for the night so I'm super tired. It was nice to keep busy and not sit and think about why I haven't lost weight. I know it will happen soon. I think I'm going to like having a blog. Its cool because there's an app on my phone so I can post on the blog quickly and don't always have to be at the computer. Awww technologoy..lol.. Tomorrow's work, but at least I get to sleep in.

OMG.... today was do or die (well not that dramatic) but I am 282.6... so much better than I could have hoped. I mean I thought maybe 284 or 283 if I was super lucky but really 282.... I almost woke everyone up!! I lost 3.8lbs this week!! I'm sorry but I am so super excited any really only the people at 3FC would really understand how happy something like this would make me.
