Hello - can I jump in here? I used to frequent 3FC daily, but after losing 127lbs, I became a statistic and regained it all - plus another 11lbs who felt the need to tag along! I am tired of feeling ashamed.
So, I'm doing it all over again - a little older, and - hopefully - a little wiser. :) Is anyone here using MyFitnessPal who might like to be 'friends'? It's the best weight tracker app I've found yet, but it would be nice to read more than just my own news! :lol: |

Dropped a little bit last week. I'm good with that. I'm getting back to daily exercise after being sick, so I didn't expect too much. Ready to forge ahead!!

I'm working on a plan I can follow... My experiences with diets is if I go "on" one, I'm bound to go "off " one.. So now I working on reformatting my choices & habits to be healthier ones I can live with. At this point I have been increasing my exercise. I found this site Physicalfix.com .. It's like a virtual personal trainer... a 2 week trial period.. 3 workouts a week.. Well I did #1 today & it kicked my butt.. But I feel great! Cleaned out my pantry & fridge of everything processed, or that I would would tempt me.. Dropped 1 pound since I last posted... hey, It's a startin the right direction.. :carrot: |
Went back to the gym today after a week and a half of not going. It was Body Pump and it was hard. Tomorrow is Spin, so I'm sure that will be challenging as well. But the discomfort is good!!
