Hello everyone. My name is Kendra. I'm new to 3FC, this is actually my first post. I started at 290 about one month ago, and yesterday I weighed in at 277.5. YESS. 12 pounds down so far. I don't feel any different yet, but I hope in a few more pounds I will.

On another note, does anyone else have any before Valentine's Day Goals?
I'd personally like to be into the 260's before Valentine's Day, but I do know its pretty far fetched.

Hot water and lemon
 
I sip this stuff all day long. I feel it sets the tone for the way I eat the rest of the day for some reason. It's also really alkalizing as well - if that makes any difference. A little knob of ginger or some mint is also nice. ;)

Daily weigh in
 
I weighed in at 280.4 this morning. What the heck? I'm also on my menstrual cycle so this could be water weight. It's such a bummer. Perhaps I shouldn't weigh myself daily. I'm headed to the gym tonight.

Hi ladies.. Im happy it monday. the weekend was so rushed and busy for me. I haven't even had a chance to come on here for a couple of days. Well, my weight finally bundged I lost a few more pounds. Not on my weigh in day of course, but the next day and one more today. Go figure right. I am almost to 280.. yay!! I haven't seen that number for awhile.

Hello All! I went to the gym yesterday and could barely do 15 minutes on the elliptical. I just quit smoking so my stamina should have improved. IDK what is going on! I hope you are all having a good week.

Hey Ladies... not much chatter in here lately. Just wanted to drop by and say my weigh in was today and I'm finally in the 280's. Barely holding at 289, but I hope not to be in the 280's long. I hope everyone is having a great day and weekend. Off to work for me!!

As for me, I weighed myself this morning and I'm now at 275!!! It feels so good.

Peony, I hope your not getting sick. That would be a bummer, but would explain the no energy. Hope you start feeling better.

I'm super excited to say that today Im at 287. I feel like I've lost it, I've had to buy a new pair of work pants which were two sizes smaller so that was awesome. I had to dig out my old workshirts that were smaller and that was awesome. So today is a good day. I hope you all are doing great!!

Glad this group is still up! I created it with good intentions, but was just too exhausted with my baby girl I never did make it to the gym. Well that's all about to change! With my tax money I am buying a two year membership to 24hour Fitness. The boyfriend also got cut down from full time to part time. Awful, but now I have time to go to the gym! A coworker and I will go most days after work and on Tuesdays Zumba with a few coworkers! Can't wait to get started! So anyways hello beautiful ladies!!

Hi Erin.. Good plan going to the gym. Take advantage of going with a buddy. I think that's what keeps me from the gym because I don't have a workout buddy. I hate going alone. Not sure why, but once I start going I am good and keeping at it. I'm just so happy to be in the 280's. I'm so ready for the 270's.. yay..

Thanks Angelia! I like your mini goals! I might steal those LOL. Yea I am excited about the buddy system because it keeps us in check. The motivation to go is always tough, but once your there it's like you gotta do it. I just try and look forward to listening to my music I guess. I am ready for 270's too! I got down to 260 before I had my baby.

I weight in at 280.8 this morning I was so happy I haven't been this weight in almost 2 years. I'm praying hard I have the will power to keep moving forward.

I never tried to lose what with the help of a forum like this so I very excited about sharing my journey with other.
