Hi ladies.. been a few days.. Sorry for that. My son has been such a pill. I almost made my mini goal of 25 pounds. I came in at 24 pounds. I'm still proud of myself and I'm on to the next challenge. I want to try and lose another 25 by April 1st. I think it's doable. I hope you ladies are doing great. I am getting a little bored, but I'm trying to allow myself some room to eat different foods just keep my portions little and still get my water and veggies in. I'm excited to be OP for 46 days now!! yay..

I finally got my butt to the gym. Haven't been doing it everyday like I want but just started so, not going to be too hard on myself. I did my first Zumba class and wow! Lol, they don't show you the moves you just go! So intimidating, but hopefully I get the hang of it! Been looking up interval training for workouts as well. I like my elliptical but thinking of doing half hour on that then half hour on bike. We shall see. Also I don't want to keep weighing myself every week. Is that bad?

Hi everyone- I thought it was time I popped in to this thread, as I woke up this morning to find I've dropped to 280lbs. I know I'm going to need a lot of encouragement to get through the 270s. For some reason, I have this idea in my head that once I drop 25lbs, there's no turning back- and that magic number will occur when I land on 273. I can't wait!

Erin great job getting back to the gym. That's a hard one. No I don't think it's bad to not want to weigh every week. Every one is different. I weigh every morning. I don't know why I just feel like I have more control over it. So silly..
Ferris your so close to it now. YOu can do this. This past weekend has been tiring and TOM is around the corner so it's not making it any better. I feel like I'm still on track, but my little slips and my bummer atttitude has put me at a stand still, but I'm back on track and watching my eating very closely. Ok so this week I am making it a point to go to the gym and do 60 minutes of cardio everyday! I am pretty hooked on Pilates. My stomach has been sore for two days now! Amazing! Lol. I weight myself and I am 290...eeck!! Just going to ignore that one pound and stay in this group lol.

This is so great! I'm glad I found this thread. When I was on 3fc before, I can't remember who said it, but they said "I can't lose 100 pounds, but I can lose 10 pounds 10 times." and it really stuck with me. So that's really how I'm looking at it. I started (this time) at 280, and this morning I was 276.5. It's not my official weigh day so I'm waiting to move my ticker until Monday.

I can not believe I am back in this forum. But I am. I have set myself back 12 lbs since October of 2012. I have started over and am ready to roll. I am out of the 270's by this time next week dammit!

Woke up to find I've dropped to 277. It's a huge relief as I've been in the 280s all week and I suspected I had a bit of water weight because I've eaten way more sodium than I should. So it was an absolute lovely surprise! My official weigh in isn't until tomorrow morning, but I felt so much less bloated today I had to check! Hurrah!

I've been slacking on posting, but I just wanted to update you all on my progress. As of this morning I am now 268. :carrot::carrot::carrot: I honestly am not sure how long it's been since I've been in the 260's. A couple years at least. All my clothes are starting to get loose, it's very motivating! |
Hey guys, it's my first time posting in this thread. Just came back to 3FC after a 50 lb weight gain, and I am in the 280s now. Looking to move back down ASAP! I weighed in at 281.0 this morning.
