Hi all!

I am so hating the scale this week. Started out at 198.2 - and this morning was 199.2! I know it isn't TOM - as much as I would like to blame that. It is all my own fault.

I am doing Ideal Protein and have been on it for almost 6 months. You would think after 6 months I would know that I can't have Crystal Light drinks. So what did I do last week... was having Crystal Light every day.

Is this some sort of self sabatog???? Was I so excessively focused on breaking that 200 that I forgot everything I knew? I don't know what is wrong with me that I could blatently forget that - I didn't even look at the package.

So... my self imposed punishment is to go back to logging everything into my book, making sure I take all my supplements, eating my veggies and acting as if this is my first day on the program.

I so so so soooooooo want to lose this weight. I cannot let this set me back mentally. Easier done than said some days.

Well don't feel bad guys scale says 201 today for me happens everytime I know it's not real weight cuz I'm still doing great with my eating and everything I even worked out today so I don't even care gonna stay here and just continue what I'm doing and wait for it to drop again!

I weighed in at 197.2 this morning. Still not where I'd like to be (I've now been in the high 190s for two weeks), but at least the scale is moving in the right direction again!

the shiv I think its because you have been working out !,do not feel bad we all need to tone our body now!!! I rather lose less or slower but have a firm body :tread::

ChickieBoom congrat we will see you in the next thread soon! I like that you just kept pushing thru ...I always been weak when hitting a plateau and just given up ...you inspired me !

everyone lets just keep it up we made it out of the 200's and God knows it was hard for me since it took me six years of failed try ...so 190's watch out !:dust:

WOW, I'm not alone. Lately, I can't help feeling angry at myself. I know it doesn't help because I end up over eating and battling the cycle. I weighed 197.5 yesterday and being snowed in with a high windchill left me alone with my thoughst of food. I need to get off my couch and use the treadmill. That is my plan after feeling inspired by your words. I will stop feeling sorry for myself. Thanks girls.Heather:hug:

198 today scales are lame lol. today I'm starting a 90 day workout plan as well I'm going to do it everyday since I have a problem with being consistent this will train me as well with that and I want to tone my body up for when I hit my goal weight and it should help me melt this fat even faster.

Thanks Bree wow congrats you are doing so great can't wait to join ya in the 180s again :O

I know you're right. Today 200 and a depression-related sugar day. I'm resting... mentally and physically. I have to take a break, I think I'm trying to control all the **** in my life by trying to control my weight. Which ain't gonna work, I know it. Soon I'll get up and fight another round, but not today... And probably not tomorrow either. Just whenever I'm ready to get back in the ring.

Ps: I'm not quitting. As long as I don't quit, this will pass. It will.

try to fill up on fruit and veggies if your having bad cravings shiv then maybe you wont want to eat so much sugary foods easier said than done i know but hope it helps

Oh, it's ok... I eat what I crave (in the spirit of Intuitive Eating and all...) so had a load of sugary stuff and not much else. Tomorrow is a new day, hopefully free from depression :)

Going to get some sleep now, I hope. I think I need it.

This too shall pass Shiv. I hve those days too. Just try not to let too many of them string together in a row. Then it is harder to break the cycle.

so between yesterday and this morning I dropped to 197.2. I recommitted myself to my program on Tuesday. I decided I had been so focused on breaking that 200, that I hadn't looked beyond it even though I knew I had a long term goal. So I weathered that little storm and am moving beyond it.

So today is day 1 of the second half of my journey. I pulled out my food journal, filled my daily pill boxes with all my supplments, filled the fridge with acceptable foods last night and laminated my sheets of foods that I am allowed and not allowed and have a copy posted on the fridge and in my food journal.

Here is to the next 77 pounds to lose. Hopefully they come off as quickly as the first 83!

I weighed in at 197.4 this morning. Is this what a plateau feels like? I've honestly never gotten to this point, as 1) I've never lost this much and 2) I've never stuck with it this long. I've been hovering between 196 and 199 for about 3 weeks now, despite the fact that I'm eating extraordinarily well (I have had a couple of planned "free" meals, but nothing remotely like a binge or nearly enough calories to cause even a pound of fat) and working out. I've been working out every day for over a week, and I'm not even eating back the "earned" calories. What gives? This is so frustrating.

199.5 this morning ugh annoying. I did workout though and I'm sore today so that's good maybe my weight will go up some from muscle now. Glad I'm still under the 200 mark at least.

hang in there allie may just be muscle that your gaining or water retention I'm sure. The scale is so annoying I wish I had one of those machines to just measure my body fat percentage lol
