Down to 196.0 this morning!! I've been battling a sinus infection this week so I was off plan Monday & Tuesday.

Thanks Peggy! It took a day or so before it sank in that I was under 200 pounds. I feel so normal!

I am down to 193.6!! :carrot:

This feels so cool, but kinda weird too. Like what you said, ChickieBoom, about it taking a while to sink in. Now more than ever my goal seems truly attainable. If that makes any sense. :?:

I know there are others besides ChickieBoom & myself in this decade! Come on people, post!! :listen:

Thankfully, it only took me a week to lose my holiday bulge, so I am back into the 190s at 193.8. Now, to get back to the 180s.

So true Peggy! My goal seemed so impossible for so many years. That's why I could never seem to wrap my head around getting started because I kept thinking that it would take forever to lose all the weight that I needed to lose. I'm so glad that I stuck with it and didn't get discouraged in the beginning. I feel so close now!

Why is it that when you have two off-plan days in a row that the weight jumps up, but comes off so slowly? :?:

I am dealing with that right now. :( Live and learn I guess. :shrug:

I keep telling myself to stop and enjoy how far I've come but every time I hit a goal, I'm obsessing over the next one. Maybe that's the key to success? I don't know.

The scale is finally starting to move in the right direction! Officially I am 194.2, but this morning's daily wi was 191.2. I am going to work hard to make sure I don't screw it up so that maybe on next Thursday's official weigh in I can move to a new decade! :crossed:

I am good and stuck. I can't seem to budge out from the 190s. I'm just going to really stick to plan and hope that I can get out of here sooner rather than later.
