You have to pick a time of day and the amount of clothing/shoes you will wear and compare those daily/weekly numbers.

I know your right underwater I need to just calm down and stop weighing myself so much and being in such a rush I'm not gonna make this go any faster obsessing about it every second. :o  congrats on your losses guys keep it up! :carrot:

course its doable allie :D

on a good note scale is back to 195.5 again today for me woohoo :D

Kat117 03-01-2013 01:06 PM

weighed in at 194.2 today. Finally, moving in the right direction again.

Funny you say that Allie, I told my coach when I go back to see her in 2 weeks, I am aiming to be down 6 pounds. that is 3 a week, which is what I have been averaging since I started Ideal Protein.

Hey ladies :) I haven't been on the scale yet since its TOM week for me... today is my last day... and tomorrow I will finally get on it ...I already know its going to show a gain as I can feel myself still bloated ...just hope it wont be too much tho ....on an other note lol I found out I am 5.6 and not 5.5 lol and I AM super happy lol... in France we measure in CM and I am 168 cm and my conversion was wrong all this time ....Its not much difference but as far as BMI it makes a difference... on the scale that means to move from obese to overweight I am only 5 pounds away and not 10 :)

193 today woohoo

the shiv 03-03-2013 11:32 AM

Bree, you're on a roll!! Losing inches horizontally and gaining them vertically :D

Going2bskinny, congrats! You'll be leaving here soon too I think...

I have one foot in this thread and one in the thread above. I refuse to believe I'm truly in the 190s until I get past 196, as that's where I encountered so many problems before. TOM as of yesterday and have held at 197 both days. Hopefully by next weekend I'll be out of the 200s for good! And I hope I can join everyone in the 180s thread at some point this month :)

Tracking with MFP and combining it with IE is going well. I thought I'd end up obsessively dieting, but I've just been making better choices more often, which was the desired effect. It's curbed the stress eating. I've been over my cals and carbs this weekend but that always happens on weekend bar shifts as I have a few beers after work. It evens out during the week.

Hope everyone has a great start to the week!

Ps: if you're on MFP and want a new friend, I'm sharvey09 :)

Morning Ladies!

So TOM decided to show up early this month. Could explain the non-movement on the scale. I hope!

Had garage sale on Saturday and it was really cold out - in the 50s with a really strong wind. I bundled up in my mom's old winter coat she was selling. But from being out all day in the cold and on my feet moving stuff, I am having a massive fibromyalgia response. I went to bed at 3 pm Saturday and got up yesterday for a few hours, But I am in such pain that I can't really even walk.

So, I am hoping that and TOM and not the peanut butter and extra IP foods I ate are the reason the scale went from 192.2 on Saturday morning back up to 195 today.

Still... 195 is moving down. I am hoping in a few days when the bloating is gone that I will see 192 again.

going2bskinny 03-04-2013 12:28 PM

192.5 today :O yay gettin so close.

aaw you should just come back shiv you belong here

:( hope you feel better kat it's probably just bloating mostly don't worry

allieballiebee 03-04-2013 01:02 PM

Happy (?) Monday, everyone! 192.2 this morning. I am DETERMINED to finally get out of the 190s this week. Hopefully my body and the scale will cooperate. :)

the shiv 03-04-2013 01:58 PM

199! Aaargh!!

iPhone users: I just got a £13.99 app called All-in Fitness Pro, it's up for free download today, I'm not sure if that's outside the UK as well, but check it out if you have an iPhone, it looks good, it's a 24 hour sale or something.

Going2bskinny, that's sweet! *hugs* I hope once TOM ends on Thu or so, I can finally break the 196 barrier. I'm puffy and full of ibuprofen right now, so...

Waiting. More waiting.

Awesome! I have it as well, but have only done it a couple times (not 30 days in a row as intended). It's a good workout! Short, but intense. Jillian doesn't play around. :) I'll probably be doing it today, since the impending snowstorm will likely make it impossible to get to the gym tonight after work.

In other news, I was 192.8 this morning. Up .6. I suppose I should be used to this by now. :)

Kat117 03-05-2013 10:30 AM

Okay so today's seesaw scale says 193.2. Yeah baby, keep going in that direction... keep moving along.. nice and steady. Nothing to see here in the 190's... just keep moving to the 180's... LOL

87 pounds lost so far. Wow. Really weird thing is... I dont feel like I lost 87 pounds if that makes any sense? I mean, I can definitely do things that I couldn't before - like cross my legs and stuff like that. But in my head... it is hard to wrap it around those kind of numbers.

I need to start exercising I think.
