finally 198, was in the 190s last week but kept bouncing back into the 200s hopefully it will stick and i hope not to be in here long.
I cant remember the last time i was this weight!!

taylorr21 - woohoo! Congrats - sounds like you are making great progress. Are your clothes getting looser? What kind of diet/exercise plan are you on?

Totally agree on how little time we want to spend on this thread ;) Hope we'll both be hanging out in the 180s one in no time!

dancerindenver- Hopefully i will be able to stick to it! Yeah they are i dont think i can see much difference apart from that though, however people are telling me that i have lost a lot so thats always nice.

Im just trying to eat clean and i go to the gym 5 -6 times a week for 1 hour maybe longer if i with some friends. Ive got into a good routine with it now.

How about yourself?

Taylor - sounds like you have found what works for you - I'm impressed by your workout discipline!

I'm experimenting with the primal/paleo thing (no sugar or starches/grains) and it seems to help a ton with cravings and has made my headaches go away. I run or walk 3/4 times a week and do some weights probably 2x/week.

some days i do have some lazy times though when i cant drag myself out of bed ha

oo that sounds good i think i need to shake things up a little weight loss is slowing down a little.

If you can get through the first couple days of no sugar/no grains, it gets a lot easier after that (and it tends to make you avoid junk food automatically). I'll be curious to hear what you think if you try it. I miss pizza big time but wearing smaller jeans makes up for it ;)

Down .4 today but not enough to move the scale to a new number. *sigh* Hoping to be 192.0 by the end of the weekend!

Dancer you're almost out!! That's awesome!

I hit 193.8 and finally broke free of 194 it didn't want to let me go, actually I was fluctuating so much it was silly. I started intermittent fasting yesterday so I'm hoping for some good losses.

I'm at 192 this morning (well, not 192.0) but the first three numbers are 192 ;) so I'm claiming it. Mind games, I know...

Dancing- yay good job! We're almost out! How exciting to be out of the 190s. You know working thru the 100s isn't as rough when you do it by 10s tho I know it will get harder around the 150s and belowish Im assuming.

Dolly - woohoo! we're almost there!!! By 10s really helps - it makes it so much more manageable to break it into smaller goals.

Didn't weigh in today but will tomorrow. Got tons of exercise today - raking the yard, 4 mile walk then 3 mile run spread out throughout the day. Hoping to see it reflected in the scale tomorrow....

Ugh - up a few tenths today to 193.0. Not the direction I wanted to see things go. I'm not going to change my ticker - I'll just be extra careful on my eating today and make sure I get in a good run after work and some upper body weights. Tomorrow that scale better be cooperating!
