I finally broke through the 192 barrier and lost some "new" weight. 191.4 this morning. :)

I am so ticked off. 194. that means no weight loss at all for 10 days!

I am doing Ideal Protein, so I should be losing.

I am soooooooooooo freaking frustated! I dont know why I even bother trying to lose weight.

It happen to all of us! Are you exercising? Your muscles might be holding water as they repair. Or if you're not drinking enough water, or too much water, or are constipated, bloated, on your period... it could be ANYTHING!

I know 4 days is not 10, but I just broke a 4 day stall today. I am also eating a very strict plan, so there is no variety. I eat within 100 calories of my plan every day and never anything salty or carby, so I should lose at a constant rate. Constant! HA! It's anything but! I lost 4 lbs last week and only 2 lbs this week doing the same exact thing!

In other news... 191.8 this morning, so I'm 1.8 lbs away from my March 14th goal. I'll continue to eat on plan and train for my 5K, but it's going to be a close one!!!

Hang in there! It is pretty much the most frustrating thing ever. For me, it seemed that the weight came off so easily back when I had 140 lbs to lose. Now that I'm less than 60 lbs from goal, it's like pulling teeth to drop even a couple tenths of a pound!

Are you exercising in addition to doing IP? I can't really speak to the eating part, since I'm calorie counting, but I recently started working out very regularly and I think that's had something to do with my recent fluctuations (water weight and the like). Also, a number of people have observed that I probably haven't been netting enough calories. I eat 1200 per day, but sometimes burn 600 at the gym. I've been eating back some of my exercise calories for the past couple of days, and I finally saw a loss!

Now....let's see if the magical seesaw scale stays down for the next few days!

I was up to 192.4 this morning. Seriously, how is it even possible that I'm not losing weight??? I've netted under my allowed 1200 calories every day (I have started eating back some of my workout calories, but never netting over my limit) and I work out every day. Usually an hour a day, and sometimes more. I eat plenty of veggies and fruits, drink a bunch of water, and stay away from pretty much anything processed/refined. I don't even eat desserts other than fruit. So why am I not losing???

I don't even know what to do anymore.

Have you gone to the doctor lately? I am hypothyroid and when my thyroid crashed I was doing exactly like you and not losing anything.

Have you measured yourself lately? Maybe you are losing inches but staying the same weight.
