I'm down .4 today!
I was worried because my sodium intake yesterday was way higher than normal. I had Quiznos and then a bunch of samples while we were at Whole Foods. We got some really really yummy cheeses though. I am having some with my lunch today and I can't wait!
They were out of TVP though and won't get any until Wednesday!
But I did get some more red wheat!
That stuff is so yummy it is just ridiculous. We also got a jicama, which I had never had. I peeled it and cut it up for dinner. Hubby wanted his raw, but I wamed mine with a little lemon lime salt and a dash of chili powder and it was awesome!
I hope that everyone who gets a long weekend is enjoying it, but not TOO much! Happy President's Day or Family Day or Today Day!

Willow - I think if you encourage her to workout in order to be strong and healthy rather than just to lose weight or keep from gaining then it will help her self esteem and not damage her psyche. I think family trips o the gym are an awesome idea and will help to instill a great healthy habit.
