Alright Ladies, the 14 miler is done! 14 non stop miles for 2:26 for a pace of 10:26 per mile.

I always weigh before/after a long run. I lost 2lbs of water weight.

I always suggest everyone do this for really long work-outs. For every pound of water weight lost you have to drink 20 oz. So I have to drink 40 oz extra today. I've already had 30 of that since the run and I did small carb load to help restore my glycogen storage in the muscle to aid in recovery.

So either I will have muscle soreness and gain or I will experience a low number from the water loss. 12 more hours I'll have my answer, lol
Thanks for the support ladies !

Hi everyone!

I survived dinner at my Dad's the other night, even though I forgot my squash, and I still ended up losing .2, so good overall. I really need to do some grocery shopping to get better ingredients for my favourites in the house. I'm looking forward to making my eggplant roll ups....yum!

We are having company over on Sunday so tomorrow morning and Sunday morning will be mostly dedicated to cleaning..good exercise though! We are going to make time to go car shopping too - I'm planning to turn my car in soon and get a new one, so we'll go do some test drives tomorrow.

Starbrite -- I'm having a similar weekend. What are you cooking for your company?

Diana -- Hi! How was the new restaurant? What type of food?

Willowgirl -- My scale is sensitive like that too...I really try to keep it in the same spot every time. Sometimes it gets moved due to cleaning and it always ticks me off if I don't get the exact right place again.

Kristi -- Congratulations on getting to Onederland!!!

Matilda - Love your new low LOW! Congratulations

Coondocks -- Welcome back Congrats on your .2 today.

Ona -- Down 1.8!!?? Woohoo!

Vixsin -- Enjoy your night out!

Bulletproof -- Love your new tickers, so cute! Way to go on your loss today!

Paradisefalls -- How exciting to be in a new size, and smaller than you expected! Great work!!

Twinmomma -- Fabulous, good job on your run...hope you won't be too sore in the morning.

Thanks again Diana. I actually slipped up today :S For the first time in a while. I've had slip ups where I've gone a hundred or less over my calorie count, and the next day I wasn't up very much, but today I went over my calorie count a considerable amount. I already expect a nice bump on the scale tomorrow morning, but I'm not beating myself up. In over a month, I've been on plan and if I had a slip up, it was miniature. I am already back on track and will try not to splurge on chocolate again for a while. Thanks to everyone else, and good luck ladies, congrats, and keep up the good work!

Morning lovelies
Down 0.2 - slow and steady !!
Guests arrived at midnight, so couldn't make the dinner I was going to make. Ended up going to bed at 2.30 am !!! Too much wine, so feel fuzzy headed this morning. Tonights the night for the wild west party- costume arrived last night, it looks very small
Will try it on and get piccies for tomorrow.
Have a lovely weekend everyone !

Hi Everyone! I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Something feels weird with my body. I feel bloated in my fingers and feet and (TMI alert) I feel like I haven't had proper bathroom time. KWIM? I have been feeling "heavy" the last couple of days. Again, I think there is something weird going on with my body. The scale is up a little this morning. I am in my maintenance range, but I haven't reached goal. I am going to keep doing what I've been doing and see what happens. I think I am going to change my ticker to my weight today. I don't normally do that, although I did that one time before when I was bouncing around. There have been weight ranges that have been difficult for me, the 230's, getting below 200, and now this.

Angie The restaurant is a restaurant/bar. Their food is good though. I had a chicken wrap. It came with a side, they even had an option for sugar snap peas. I didn't get a side because I knew I was dealing with the unknown on the calories of the wrap. No sense in adding more calories. I ordered the sauce/dressing on the side. I think I did well considering the "unknown" aspect of it. Great job on the .2!

Losingit Keep up the good work!

Starbrite Congrats on the .2!

Morning All!

I was fully expecting a gain this morning due to lack of sleep but instead I whooshed down 1.2 to 207.6!!!! I'm ready for it to bounce up tomorrow but I'm celebrating today!

I am up WAAAYY too early! Night out was great last night. Lots of laughs and plenty of eye candy! LOL I did great with my drinks!! I had 3-ish. Meaning that I ordered that 3rd one but didn't finish it. I went with gin and club soda and added my kool aid. They were really good. I only got about 4-5 hrs of sleep last night so today is going to be a long day. Glad I have things planned for us to do.

I also managed to get my workout in yesterday. I did 45 mins on the tread. A little brisk walking for 10, a jog for 10, and then hardcore incline walking for the rest of the time. I loved it! I am going to do incline walking once a week now. I burned 400 cals. I was very, very happy with that!

I had the biggest NSV yesterday too. To me, it ranks right up there but still outweighs the god I hope this fits closet!! I went shopping yesterday for a cute top to wear under my hot mama sweater. Shopping is usually a very anxious and stressful experience for me. I went in and picked a bunch of things to try on and everything I picked out fit! Some things were snug. Others fit perfectly. It was the most amazing feeling. I haven't felt that comfortable trying clothes on in a very long time! I ended up with all kinds of things and even got a couple of outdoor vests. It was awesome! I couldn't wait to tell you guys!

I'll check back later today. Have a great morning all!!!!

This is EXACTLY how I feel the last 3 or 4 days. I'm pretty sure it's because TOM is due tomorrow / monday along with the non-proper bathroom time. Here's hoping we get back to feeling "lighter" soon! It's driving me batty!

Willow & Shylah Hi! Here's to getting back to "normal".

Ona Great job on the .2 and finding that sweet spot! Did you make a change in your routine? Yes, I did go to a, new to me, restaurant. Something I thought about last night. I don't normally eat pickles. I had one at that restaurant the other night. I didn't even include the calories because it was only a pickle spear. I know they are high in sodium and I am sensitive to that. It could be that or just about anything else. But I'm staying the course and fighting on.
