Morning ladies! Accidentally snoozed on my alarm and now I'm latelatelate, but I wanted to stop in.

Quantum, I'm so sorry about your accident. It's so scary when something like that happens

Kristi, CONGRATULATIONS on Onederland!! As someone with your start weight, I'm especially inspired

Diana, nice analysis! I love when we figure things out about ourselves.

@Coondocks, hang in there! If eating small meals makes it easier to get through the day, do it. Just make sure you're doing what you need to do to be at your best!

I need someone to help pull me out of this slump! I haven't been gaining but I haven't been running either. I've been sick once a week since Feb started it seems like and I don't want to use that as an excuse for not making the right choices. I dont want to give up but haven't been feeling very motivated!

Someone please shake me real hard. THIS IS ME NOT GIVING UP! I want to get I'm the 230's and stay but the only person I can blame is myself.

Lindsey- Thanks! You read that 12 miles, 11 the week before and taper this past week, I missed my 9 miler becuase TTOM started 3 miles into the Long Run. zoiks! I love running~!!!!!

FitKristi- Welcome to OnderLand!!!!

Quantum, hope you rest easy from that car accident :/

My body is less bloated, still a little show left from AF, but she is almost gone, my bloat is disappearing and the sodium from 13 Year Wedding anniversary/Valentines Day Dinner and Snack have finally left the body. My Goal for the remainder of the month is still on calorie count each day and no more rest days for me! I decided I dont like them. My muscles need rest but my mind doenst like it, at least till I can get into spring/summer because at least I can be active/busy with my twin 2 year olds!

****Wish Me Luck I have 14 Mile Run Tmrw, Longest Run Ever for Me! Most I have gone is half Marathon distance- 13.1 miles. It's all uphill from now on with mileage increases midweek and end of week runs are going into really big double digits, It's going to be incredibly insightful to see how my body reacts to the added stress of running, muscle soreness, muscle recovery and being sure I replenish glycogen storage with reduced calorie cutting. I think I'm going to Calorie Up the days of My Long Runs to aid in recovery. If I typically aim for 1200-1600 on any given day, I may aim for 1600-2000 on my Long Runs to be sure I take care of myself properly. It's really a big deal that I nourish myself and recovery vs taking the extra calorie loss. or least these are my intial thoughts on the matter, lmao.

I’m up .4, back at 188 today! Grrrrr! I did 2 hours of strength training yesterday though and my muscles are some serious kind of sore.

Vixsin - Congrats on already reaching your February goal! I love Heavy too. I’m behind in watching though.

Ona - Great attitude. It can’t win!

Coondocks - To be going through things like that and to be able to maintain is an accomplishment in itself. It is hard to realize that the people we love are in their own hands and there is nothing we can do about the decisions they make, etc. We love who we love though and we have to be careful not to judge ourselves based on who we love, be they good, bad, or confused. One day at a time and you will get through it.

Angie - My absolute favorite is actually really simple. I pre-cook the squash and some black beans. I mix the squash and black beans in a casserole dish with crushed tomato, bell pepper, cubed tofu (also goes well with chicken), and some chopped artichoke hearts. I put some low fat cheddar on top and bake. It is soooo good.

Twinmomma - how do you calculate your calories out?

Eclipse - Congrats on the jeans! That is always an awesome feeling.

Diana - lots of s, sounds like you need them! I hope the endo can be helpful for you.

Fitkristi - You have done awesome things!

Quantum - I’m sorry about the accident, you’re ok though which is always the most important thing. I think some time off is not such a bad idea, all things considered.

I was suppose to come back and do personals today, wasn't I? I went shopping instead. I am such a bad Chickie! I did buy a pair of Not Your Daughters Jeans and a pair of Lee jeans.

Starbrite Hi

Fractal Hi

Willow Great job on the .2.

Lindsey Congrats on your .8.

Riesz Hi

Matilda Congrats on the .8.

Sept Hi

Vixsin Congrats on the positive mindset this morning! Did you see the hottie counselor today?

time2loseit Hi

Madame Great job!

Reptogirl Congratulations on that pound and the 5.8 pounds for the month! You are doing a great job!

Shylah Hi!

Eclipse I hope you are feeling better.

Paradise Great job on your 2.4 pounds! Dang, you have lost 9.6 pounds so far this month! Awesome!

Cutie Please don't give up. Where will you be if you give up? You could end up back at 256 or even higher. Keep trying! You can do this. Take it one meal at a time. Make your best choices at each meal.

Twinmommaplusone
Good luck on your 14 mile run! I couldn't imagine doing that.

Ann Congrats on your pound loss!

FitGirlyGirl Hi
