Hi Everyone! Thank you for all the support you have given me. I appreciate all the responses. I think my next goal is 155. I will just play it by ear and see what happens. I am just going to keep doing what I've been doing and I'll see what happens.
Starbrite Great job on that 1.3 pounds!
LosingIt Find that focus! It's in you! You are doing great!

Kristi Great job! Look at you go!
Matilda Hang in there. The sodium will get me every time, too.
Time2loseit Hi
Ona Great job on the .6. I felt a lot better after my Dr's appointment today.
Vixsin Hi! Great job getting it all done!
CoCo Congrats on your .7.
Fitgirlygirl on the exercise craving!
Bulletproof Hi
Kukkie Hi Everything will be so much easier when you get settled in and have your exercise equipment in the house.
Eclipse Congrats on the .2 and the 120 pounds gone! Awesome!
Carter Congrats on Onederland! I am so happy for you.
I'm up a few oz today, I am realizing that when I eat out or off plan it often takes 2 days to hit me. I was on plan, but restaurant food is always full of sodium, so I'm blaming that. I've had a great food day today, I even have about 300 calories to spare, but I'm not a bit hungry or munchy.
Carter -- Way to go! Congratulations on your re-entry into Onederland!!!
Diana -- I think you plan sounds good. Yes, I remember getting to 170 a couple of years ago and people started saying I was getting too thin...sheesh, I was still officially obese! That said, I do think that you have to find the weight that feels right for you. I felt totally fit and strong and healthy at that weight; I had great stamina and endurance and was exercising and eating well...who cares how it's categorized, right? Also, on a more selfish note, it would really suck to lose you here if you moved on to maintenance!
Kukkie -- I love your attitude about accountability; I'm going to re-read what you wrote next time I start to make excuses about slow downs and gains.
Gale -- I hope you and the kids feel better soon!
Congratulations to all the losers today! To those who've gained, keep on doing the right things and it will pay off.
Thanks for the support ladies, as usual you're all a great help! I only noticed today that on the twentieth, I had officially been one month on my plan, and since then had lost a total of 11 pounds. WOW!
I *think* I got everyone!! Its been too long since I did personals, I hope you can all forgive me. I read all the posts daily, and am right here with you guys - I just don't always get back to do the personals. I'm going to try and get better!

FitGirlyGirl - I totally crave exercise too! I get grumpy when I can't do it on a day that I'm supposed to be (IE not a rest day). Isn't that crazy? What week are you on on C25K?

Gale02 - I hope you all start to feel better soon!!
Angie - I'm really sensitive to restaurant food too...which is a bummer because its so much easier than cooking some nights!
xXLosingItXx - staying the same is better than a gain!! Take it and run!
Real quick one as it is 5am here. We are off SHOPPING !!!!!! in the UK. Too exciting for words
I was not going to weigh as it's sooooooo early, but hang it , on I went and lo and behold down 0.7. Reached 120lbs lost.
I measure now in increments of 5 as the 180's were monstrous !!
I have a hair appointment today and we will be going to my favorite Japanese restaurant tonight. I'm sure I will have a bounce from the sodium tomorrow. I will still be working my plan and making the best decisions.
Good Morning!
Looks like everyone so far had losses.Way to go ladies!
