Athenacapella, wow, drops for 5 days straight! You're doing awesome
time2loseit, I worry about the girls, too I'm a 40F right now, though, so I'm expecting to have to wear a Wonder Bra at all times for the rest of my life!
nicole8705, congrats on the new low!
Diana, glad you're feeling a bit better! Is 145 your new goal? What a sexy number! But so is 157
fitkristi, holy whoosh! Hopefully there are a few in my future!
Ona, happy 204s!
Kukkie84, hang in there, I bet there's a bit of water weight in that since you've been eating takeout.

I've now officially fallen behind goal. I'm going to try adding restricting carbs to my calorie counting.
Total Weight Change for February: -4.0
Diana: I'm doing okay. I'm just about all healed up. Honestly, the accident really threw me off track, and I'm only now getting back on track. C'est la vie. I'm actually about to take my lunch to work out, so I hope the scale might be back where it's supposed to be by Thursday. I read your update about your doctor, and I'm glad things are going well there.
Kukkie84: I can relate to a few days making a huge difference. I regained a couple pounds when I took some days after my accident to get my head back in the game. I can't believe it happened so fast.
eclipse: Congratulations on the 120 lb loss! Amazing.
carter: Congratulations on Onederland!
Dayna: Maybe you just overloaded on the salt and the scale will give you a better report tomorrow.
Thanks folks! You've all been a big help while I waited for this milestone. Going to fit in as many personal greetings as I can before hitting my 2:00 meeting.
Kukkie, Starbrite, Kristi, sept15lija, CoCoMonkey: Thanks a bunch!
Kukkie - most of that is probably fluid bloat from eating off plan - get right back on the horse and I bet it will melt off. Great job being accountable, that can be the toughest thing sometimes.
Bananarunts: welcome to the thread! cute username.
Quantum: thanks! Don't sweat "falling behind" your goal - as long as you are losing over time, you're doing great. And you are losing, look at your results over the course of the month! That's great work.
Paradise: thanks! your numbers are impressive whether you get your whoosh this week or not.
Dayna: depending upon how you went off plan, you might have picked up some additional fluid weight - chances are those 2.6 pounds are not all (or even mostly) fat gain. They'll come off again once you get back on plan!
eclipse: thanks and that's a pretty great milestone yourself!
Diana: congrats on the good news from the doctor visit!
Bulletproof: hang in there, you've had a super month so far.
Okay that's all I have time for, hugs and apologies to all I missed. See you later!
I've been weighing every day, but not posting it. I do love reading this thread though, all of your successes are fantastic to read about and the blips upward and the subsequent recommit are inspirational! As for me, I'm hanging around 237-240, I've been maintaining there for a couple of weeks. I'm sick and so are my two kiddos and I've not been tracking or eating within my weight loss calorie range. I'm ok with maintenance while we all get better.
