Sept: Thank you for the kind words. When I was referring to BL, I was talking about the scene where they were working with Jillian doing sprints and she pushed them all farther than they thought they could go. It was her who said "it makes you wonder what else in your life are you doing half-assed." That made me think of my workout. While it was a great one and I'm super pleased with burning 400 cals, I know that I didn't really "go for it" like I normally do. Nothing that I'm beating myself up about, just making me think of how I can challenge myself a little more and push a little farther.

Hi all Rough weigh in day for me. I'm at 222, so up 1.2...up for the 3rd day in a row despite sticking to my plan. The only 'off' thing is that I ate restaurant food on the weekend, and yesterday I bought a rotisserie chicken for dinner. Nothing I haven't done in the past with better results. I'm going to try switching up some foods and see if I can get things moving again. I think I'll do some cooking on the weekend in order to make sure I have on plan food ready when needed.

Kristi -- Good job on your .6 Yes, I guess I must be very sensitive to restaurant food...what a bummer! I tend to order meat + veg at restaurants so maybe I'll switch it up and order salads with protein added. I probably need to learn to be higher maintenance with ordering too...I can always ask them to make sure that there is no salt added.

Starbrite & Jeri -- Congrats on your 120lb milestone!

Diana -- Enjoy your night out & congrats on your .2

Carter -- Good job holding your spot in Onederland!

Kukkie - Congrats on your 1 lb. Enjoy cooking in your new kitchen!

Ona -- Sorry about your gain. I'm in the same boat, on plan, but seeing gains, it's got to be sodium. I'm going to fight too..forget this stubborn fat, I can out-wait it.

Coondocks -- I've been meaning to do a C25K too, but I'm a bit afraid of it! I feel so lazy lately, can't wait for spring.

Liz - Congratulations on reaching your Feb. goal!!

Vixsin - Congrats on your 1lb!!! Sounds like a good workout to me.

Thanks Carter! OnaMi! This week is horribly when it comes to my lunch. The current class I'm taking, International Cuisine is really fun! Problem is we make around 6 to 7 meals a day, and we are required to taste each product. Doesn't seem like much, but a lot of these foods are high in fat, sodium, or just down right bad decisions. I try to only get a small taste of everything, but even after adding up the small ounces, the calories stack up and It seemed I have little to work with for dinner. Ugh!

Loverly ladies ,good morning !!
Jeri - 120lbs buddies !!
Thanks to everyone who congratulated us It is a momentous occasion and one I am fiercely proud of.
Shopping was fun but super speedy, I had three hours at the mall (not long enough when you have to try stuff on) and an hour in Costco. But all in all a fun day out. Bought some great stuff at low prices and in a size 10 ! Yeeha !
Well chugged water like a camel yesterday to avaoid the inevitable travellers bounce.
Down 1.1 for 177.5 today (hopefully thats the 180's done with )

And today is no exception. I am not all the way awake yet though

Anyway congrats on your new low Diana!

Good luck and good strength to everyone else as well - I am running off to work.

My report: holding at 199. Once again, fine with me!

Up .5 but I'm amazed that is all it is - I had McDonalds for dinner last night. Blaaaaargh. The local McDonalds was doing their 'Dining For Dough' for my daughters school. Once a month, they donate 10% of their total sales for a evening (from 5-8pm) to her school - SO generous. So we like to participate to support them. I *could* have eaten more cleanly and gotten a salad, but I'm not a huge fan of their salads...so I just ordered a typical meal that I would have eaten before. I felt sick afterwards! I didn't overeat, it was just so junky and I'm not used to all that grease anymore. I chugged water because I knew the sodium would be high, and even despite that my ring is still tight. Oh well - that craving is gone forever now....now I know what I was 'missing'.

This morning I am down .4 to 186.4. I feel like crud though. Tom has been here for 9 days, but had been just barely. Last night was the heaviest it's ever been in my whole life. It's strange though, I have 0 cramps. But now I'm all weak and sleepy. I just feel blah.

Coondocks - I'm doing C25K too. I'm in what I'll call week 3.5. I finished week 3, but I can't quite do week 4, so that one's gonna take me more than 1 week to get through. I do like it though. I hope you enjoy it.

Angie - I've become quite high maintenance on the rare occasions I go to a restaurant. As long as your requests are reasonable and polite then the staff shouldn't mind.

Diana - Congrats on the new low.

fitkristi - I remember when I discovered that McDonald's was gross! It's a good thing to know. Maybe next time you could just give the money you would spend at McDonald's to the school? Then they get 100% of your money and you don't have to eat nastiness.
