I’m down another .6 to 186.8. I’m going to be finishing up week 3 of C25K today.

I hope everyone is having an awesome start to their weekend.

Paradise Fall - on the dress! I’m sorry they don’t have it in a smaller one though. That’s ok, that’s what alteration shops are for.

CoCo - I’m sorry about your surprise visit from TOM. That would be frustrating for sure. Good job on having a good attitude about the water weight the jerk brought with him.

Twinmomma - Congrats on the 14 miles! Love the pic!

Diana - sorry your body is actin up on you. Grrrrr!

Vixsin - Congrats on the whoosh! Good job keeping control with the drinks. Major congrats for the shopping trip!

Now a non-diet question: How does everyone keep up with this thread? It moves SO fast! I want to type personal messages to folks, but not sure how you do that and scroll through 3 pages of posts? Help!

Hello all. Thanks for your concern and lovely comments. I've finished my "break" from the weight loss journey. My head is now in the right place, and I'm happy to be back. Since my left arm/hand are pretty severely bruised, I'm going to take at least the rest of the week off from yoga and weigh lifting. I'm trying to decide what to put in their place.

New notation:
C - Previous day Cardio
W - Previous day Weights

Feb 8: 273.0 - Back at square one.
Feb 9: 272.2
Feb 10: 274.0
Feb 11: 271.6
Feb 12: 272.0
Feb 13: 271.6
Feb 14: 270.0!
Feb 15: 271.0 W
Feb 16: 268.6 C
Feb 17: Recovering
Feb 18: Recovering
Feb 19: 268.0

Honestly, I'm very impressed with that loss considering that I had a brownie sundae after my accident on the 16th, and ate like crap the 17th and 18th. I needed some good news, though, and I'm happy the scale provided it. EDIT: Also, the alcohol.

Total Weight Change for February: -5.0

Athenacapella: I usually open an advanced reply window in another tab, scroll through in a different browser tab and switch to the advanced tab whenever there is something I want to comment on, comment, and then switch back to read more.

I struggle with it during the week because I am busy at work. I have a little more time on the weekend. Just do the best you can. It's understandable if you are busy and can't do personals.

Yeah Diana,my friend suggested a different ratio of proteins, carbs and fats! pickles have a lot of sodium so it could be that but..everything's good and you're doing great, you'll be back down in no time

If you don't mind sharing, what is the new ratio compared to the old ratio? TIA

Ona Speaking of carbs and the meal from the other night, I normally eat protein and vegetables for dinner. That night I had the chicken wrap. I am pretty sure I was in my calorie range, but there was the large tortilla wrap. The extra carbs with that meal and the pickle (sodium) could have made a little difference. I just thought about that.
