Hello everyone! After quite a few big whooshes this week I made it into the 170's! I weighed in at 177.0 this morning and now I can't wait to see the 160's!

I'm hoping for a whoosh tomorrow!! I should be in my losing cycle right now, but too much sodium has me stuck at 172, two pounds up from my low! I was thinking I'd be in the 160's a few days ago!

I am stuck forever in the 170's. I did a calorie bump weekend in hopes of a change. Back to my regular eating today and working out. I have been stuck for 3 weeks almost

Terre, I've been stuck three weeks now too. I've gotten used to monthly two week stalls, but not three! I hate holding steady at the bottom of a decade.

Wonder if its a July thing?? lol I have seen a lot of people saying July was a bust for them. I hope it picks up for us soon..

I weigh less this afternoon than I weighed this morning so I'm really hoping that means a morning whoosh!! I was 172 this morning.

I was 173 this AM. I SO want out!!!

I am in the UK (England)-so I am heading to bed now. I kept my intake pretty reasonable today.
