Down a pound…

Slow and steady and all that…

Okay, so I’d rather report on a 2 pound loss for the week, but I’m not going to complain when the numbers on the scale have finally started moving in the right direction.

Miles to go and all that…

But I’m happy with this progress, which I attribute to a loss of appetite that I think I’ve managed to parlay into a better understanding of how much (how little really) food I need to have on my plate to be happy. & I’ve eliminated after dinner snacks almost completely.

I leave for home tomorrow…let’s see if I can keep the food to a minimum over the holidays. I’m going to weigh myself the minute I get there & promise myself that I’ll at least maintain that weight.
