- BMI is 18.5 to <25: 110 - below 145 lbs. healthy weight range.
- BMI is 25.0 to <30: 145 - below 174 lbs. overweight range.
- BMI is 30.0 or higher: >174 lbs. obesity range.
Obesity
- Class 1: BMI of 30 to < 35:174-204 lbs.
- Class 2: BMI of 35 to < 40: 204-232 lbs.
- Class 3: BMI of 40 or higher: 232lbs. +
WOW so if I can do this I will be just 10lbs away from beating obesity at the end of the year!
