red, i hope you're feeling better too!

Jess, welcome!

I had a great time on Saturday but I do have to admit that I have to take a pause on my alcohol and junk food challenge. Surprisingly enough, the exercise one was successful for the first time! Sunday was perfect!

The challenge as it stands: DAY 4
- Alcohol in moderation (max 1 glass on weekdays, 3 on weekends): 2 of 3 pauses left
- NO junk food: 2 of 3 pauses left
- 30 min of activity/day: 3 of 3 pauses left

*Note: had to increase junk food to 3 pauses because I can't imagine that I'll be able to avoid it only once in the next 3 weeks. Not with easter coming and everything.

Day 18 completed, run! No pauses left
Mini 4 day challenge: 1200 cals per day.
When I finish the run challenge I'm going to set up an exercise schedule that won't require me to run everyday, but will start my training for either a half-marathon or a triathlon in August. I'm not sure I can get the swim part down, so I'm postponing my decision to enter...
Apple! SUPER challenge? Sounds great!

So, I'm back from the weekend. I didn't do so good, but that's okay. Once in awhile you have to let yourself mess up

My challenge is now as follows (including today):

Exercise everyday: Day 8 - completed (1 pause left)

No desserts: Day 9 - completed (2 pauses left)

No bad fast food: Day 9 - competed (2 pauses left)

Smile a good one..

Hi, all. I'm feeling better. Trying to just slow down and take things at my pace. Had a very good day yesterday, only eating natural food (except for a couple things) and got to the gym for the first time in ages.
I'm just hoping I can keep this feeling going.

Hi to all! and good luck and welcome to Jess!

my fingers are for you too! but whatever your scale shows really just a number - the greater worked you did happened on the INSIDE of your body more muscles and more stamina and such so you are a double winner!
