I had a great time on Saturday but I do have to admit that I have to take a pause on my alcohol and junk food challenge. Surprisingly enough, the exercise one was successful for the first time!
Sunday was perfect!
The challenge as it stands:
DAY 4
- Alcohol in moderation (max 1 glass on weekdays, 3 on weekends): 2 of 3 pauses left
- NO junk food: 2 of 3 pauses left
- 30 min of activity/day: 3 of 3 pauses left
*Note: had to increase junk food to 3 pauses because I can't imagine that I'll be able to avoid it only once in the next 3 weeks. Not with easter coming and everything.
