Hi Fellow 21 Day Challenge Mates!
I am always up for a challenge and being accountable to something like this is always great for me - thanks for starting this thread.
Starting tomorrow - April 16th - Level 3
1. MUST STICK 100% to what I planned for my daily meal/calorie intake - no little bites/treats/bigger portions, etc.
2. MUST STICK 100% to my daily fitness/gym plan.
3. Mini Goal for Challenge - lose 10 pounds (a lot of this will loss of sodium/water so I want to account for it).
I am a big planner - I plan ahead for everything. But I don't always stick to it, I forget to look, etc - excuses, excuses!!
If I stick to what I plan, maybe I will ensure that it is a little more realistic and or not enough
