    Wow, only day 10 and I've already across so many challenges in completing this challenge!

    but alas, my wedding is closing in faster than ever. Gotta do this!!!
  • day 10 of 3 miles complete - did 4 miles because i didnt go yesterdat (due to Easter). Also did resistant training (weights).
  • Day 17 done! Sara, preppin, unwanted, keep it going! No time to write. Later all!

    Exercise everyday: Day 14 - no pauses left

    No desserts: Day 14 - no pauses left
    ...this challenge got really hard since Easter hit and there's chocolate candy everywhere!!!!!!!

    No bad fast food: Day 16 - 2 pauses left

    Challenge Two: No Soda

    Challenge Three: Be active every day for at least 30 mins (walking, running, ellipticalling, or weight lifting)

    Challenge One: Be active in some way for 30 minutes.

    Challenge Two: Drink 100z of water.

    Challenge Three: No "sweets" cookies, candy, cake, ice cream

  • lost count here lol... day 12 for me? complete with 5K (3.1 miles) plus weights today i bumped 2 of them from 30 lbs to 40 lbs

  • Hi Red, and everyone else....

    I'm skulking in the back door over here, long time since I've visited, LOL

    Had lots of weird stuff going on over here,mainly hit a bad bout of mono that just won't go away, and stopped me from exercising, and then fell back into old eating habits, and to make a long story short: Passover is over, I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and I have gained back 16 pounds that I lost...*I'm sure at least 10 of them have "Matzah" written on them*

    SO! The current challenges are:
    1) Drink at least 8 cups of water, 1 pause
    2) Eat breakfast every day,2 pauses
    3) Take my B12 every day, 1 pause
    4) Take my Vit D every day, 1 pause

    I am always up for a challenge and being accountable to something like this is always great for me - thanks for starting this thread.

    Starting tomorrow - April 16th - Level 3

    1. MUST STICK 100% to what I planned for my daily meal/calorie intake - no little bites/treats/bigger portions, etc.
    2. MUST STICK 100% to my daily fitness/gym plan.
    3. Mini Goal for Challenge - lose 10 pounds (a lot of this will loss of sodium/water so I want to account for it).

    I am a big planner - I plan ahead for everything. But I don't always stick to it, I forget to look, etc - excuses, excuses!!

    If I stick to what I plan, maybe I will ensure that it is a little more realistic and or not enough
