I did 2 days good at my challange but i need to stop with at least excersise part - we are looking for the house so no time for the gym... I will come back when we are less busy. I will continue with water and food challange on my own
Yeah, all, sorry for the absence.
I have fallen off my Get Real Challenge and been having too much junk. Still, I've gotten to the gym and I have kept going on the no smoking, so I'm not terribly upset. I do want to get the other challenge going again. I felt very good and had lots of energy when I was on it. But I won't commit just yet.....
