And 1/2 tsp cinnamon, lots of ice, YUMMY!!!

1 c decaf coffee w 2 oz vanilla protein shake
L asparagus mockamole & chili simply chips (so good yesterday, decided for a do-over!). Also brought some romaine leaves for the excess mockamole.

I bring two, 1-liter bottles of water to work with me. One of them has apple cider vinegar in it. Seems to help with my stomach acid (that, and the IP enzymes).
