Yesterday I had a two egg omelet with pepper jack cheese, diced ham and red peppers. No breakfast today.

Just curious, what is the plus and minus thing that you keep posting?

My breakfast today was a Denver scramble. It was a huge portion, two egg substitute (I don't like real eggs but I do like the liquid egg) with laughing cow cheese, onions, mushrooms, green peppers and half a potato grated in. I was so impressed because even as big as it was, it was only 400 calories!

I went fricking nuts. Three servings of smoked salmon, three servings of scrambled eggs and three servings of roasted vegetables. 2 century eggs. 1 chinese pudding. 2 chive puddings. 2 prawn dumplings. 1 pork dumpling. 3 chicken sausages. 6 pieces of wholemeal bread with dried fruit. Dried figs. Dried banana. 1 bowl of muesli. 1 oriental yoghurt. 1 serving of dragon fruit. 1 serving of mangosteen. 1 piece of fruitcake. There was probably more.

So I skipped lunch and dinner.

2 eggs - I've been boring lately! Last weekend was SOOOOO crazy busy that I only made two soups and a chili, no breakfast or the stew I was supposed to make. I'll have to get on that soon

Two scrambled eggs with 1/2 slice of 2% cheese mixed in. I thought my daughter's eggs were too cheesy, so I offered to split and mix my plain eggs with her cheesy eggs.
