Goal #1 drink 32+ oz of water
Goal #2 work out 3 times a week
I haven't been on here in a few days been busy and spending quality time with my son during these beautiful last few days.. But I have drank at least 32 oz everyday and sometimes more.. I never really kept count but I counted up to 32 oz then quit. working out has been great..
day 1 - about 40oz, and the 1 mile walk with leslie sansone
day 2 - about 50oz, and 1 hour workout
day 3 - 58 oz, no work out (yet, might work out later)
day 4 - over 32 oz relaxed no work out
day 5 - over 32 oz cardio weights
day 6 - over 32 oz walked for 1 hour at the park
day 7 - over 32 oz cardio, weights
day 8 - 32 oz, at park for 3 hours playing football, walking, soccer. so tons of exercise
day 9 - 48 oz, cardio, few weights
day 10 - went to casino
no workout (other than walking all over casino) and probably 32 oz.. if i got to it :/
day 11 - 35 mins cardio, 15 mintues legs, over 48 oz
