Oh my goodness. What a cute photo. At least you didn't take your own picture(like me). I always laughed at people who took their own photo for web sites. Oh well. I must say I pictured you with long hair (like down to your butt long) straight with bangs. and much lighter hair. You look great even as a cat. I want to try to get some before and afters but it took so darn long just to get my avatar on there. I don't know that I'll ever get a before on there. I have eaten more crap. I will leave it at that. Still have not heard the results of the xray. Will check in again tonight or tomorrow. Have a good one. ---Amy

LMAO, so....in other words, you pegged me for a hippie!! Isn't it funny how we get visions of how people look, just from talking to them?
I have, or had several shots I took myself...they all looked dumb, yours turned out great! I will have hubby take a real pic this weekend if I remember and post it....

My hair changes w/the wind...who knows next time you see a pic, what color it will be. It's actually lighter than that pic now, as I have some blonde highlights in now...and as for long hair, nope...I'm a short/sassy kinda gal.

Yay!! I am so happy to see what everyone looks like. Especially since my mug is splattered all over our thread. I am not so happy it is a close up. I will work on this later I guess. Takes an act of God to get photos on here.

I ate badly yesterday. Started today off with my normal oatmeal. Hope to eat better as my son is doing better so maybe I won't stress eat so much. My daughter had two teeth pulled this morning. She had two pulled last year. I was stressing over that too. She was worried this time since she knew what to expect. Therefore, I worried. Turned out for no reason though. She is a tough little Booger. She behaves unlike any six year old I have ever seen in medical situations. Makes me very proud of her. Anyhow, I will update you all with my eating as the day goes on.

Fitbyforty, you look great! Impressive to see hard work pay off. Have a great day.

Holy crap Fitbyforty. Great job. I thought you were praying for a miracle???? Excellent. I will remember to have you pray for me in the future. I have been doing just fine today. I guess I really am a stress eater. I hope to see some results this week. I have not been good yet. I weigh in on Tuesday and have two birthday parties to get through this weekend. We leave for Disneyland a week from today. That should be interesting. I am going with a WW friend though. That should help. She started in October and is down 54 pounds or something crazy. She is only about 14 pounds heavier than me now. Kind of makes me feel like crap. I am very happy for her though. Not real sure she is really doing the program though. She may be eating way less than her daily point allowance. She has a history of extreme dieting. You all like how I put all the focus on someone else here? Ha! At least I can see that right???

breakfast
oatmeal 3pts

lunch
ham on wheat with mustard 2pts
baked cheetos 2pts

7 out of 22. I am making chicken tacos for dinner. the chicken is in the crock pot. I will also make Spanish rice. So, two shells with chicken and lettuce and salsa is 5 with a whole cup of rice is 5 more for a daily total of 17 Maybe I will have some of the ice cream that is calling me. We'll see.

Ok, my new "plan" is this....
I work out at Curves 3x weekly...I don't think that's enough right now, I obviously need to push my body alittle further and I'm not to the point of joining the spinning class just yet...My friend is finding out info on it for me, as a non-member...however, I have a gazelle. They say, that exercise even split up into smaller incriments throughout the day, works just as good as 1 full workout...so my plan is...
To keep the Curves 3x weekly, but to also use my gazelle each morning for 15minutes, and each night for 15 minutes. I can surely fit in alittle time before and after work, In 15 minutes I "gazelle" myself 1 mile and burn 130 calories.

I need to push past this 190-something crap and get into the 180's to feel better about myself, I've been stuck for too long. Now if I can only get my eyes/mouth/and hands to agree to that...my eyes to stop looking at the food, my hands to stop grabbing the bad food and my darn mouth to stop tasting the food...If only life was that easy!

Wow, you were typing early this morning. I wish I could try core. The reason I don't is I have a huge problem with portion control. I don't know that I am real sure what comfortably full or satisfied is. I guess I do now after being with WW for a year. Perhaps I will give that a shot at some point. We will see. I need to have one full week on flex the right way and see what results I am still able to get. My husband inspired me last night. We were having one of our exhausted chats at 10:30 last night. We do that often. We are both so tired but can't shut our traps. It's cool. He's like my high school girlfriend (with bennies ) Anyway, he said that he is excited for me to lose the last bit of weight. He has not said much about the weight loss. He is afraid of saying something wrong. He said he never expected to "benefit from my loss" Anyway, at the risk of sounding sappy or over sharing, I will stop there. Let's just say that I really want to have an OP day even more. I won't tell him that though.

Breakfast
guess just take one guess..........yep! OATMEAL!!! 3pts

workout
40 minutes with trainer 307 calories burned.

Don't have any other plans made. I have my two nephews today 3 and 10 months. My day is kind of up in the air. Will check in later after I eat a snack and lunch. Have a great day!!

large slice sourdough used to make grilled cheese w/ 2% cheese and spray butter= 3pts
bag of 100 cal cheetos 2pts (I am going to turn into a cheeto)!

7 low fat triscuits 2pts
