Good morning all. I had a good day yesterday. I did make the chili for dinner. I didn't point it out though. I just ate until I was satisfied. Went to bed with the hallow tummy feeling I have when I stay OP. So I think it was okay.
On the chips---I buy the 100 calorie cheetos. I LOVE cheetos. or I buy the Kettle Bakes potato chips. They are like a poor brothers chip. I can't do the light version of all the yummy chips (Doritos and ruffles etc.) They contain Olestra and I react in a horrible way to that. I used to love the fat free pringles. They taste so yummy. But again, the Olestra.

I have weigh in tonight. I am excited. I missed last week but think I will show at least a 2 pound loss this week. That will make me shy of my 2pound a week goal. Will have to really hit it hard. I am thinking I need to eat and exercise like "The Biggest Loser" My size 14 pants are all headed to the donation pile. I am pretty comfy in a 12 now. I have a pair of 14 jeans on right now and they fall off my hips and are baggy on the bottom. That is a good feeling. I really hope to be a size 8 after I drop the last 19 pounds. If it is a size per 10 pounds now like they say then that should work. Anyway, I will check back in later. --Amy

Weigh in for me is tomorrow, and although today on the scale showed a loss here at home, I'm still nervous. I'm always nervous though!

Yep, they sure do!! They are made by Ballpark brand and they have both FF Beef, and just FF which is pork and turkey. I like the beef ones best. They are only 1pt, and on a 1pt bun make a great meal. I "like" the FF ones, but I "LOVE" the Lite ones, however they are 3pts and some nights I need something less pts I just use ketchup, mustard and relish and they're yummy.
Soooooooo, WI was this am and I lost 3lbs!!!! So, since Jan 3rd, I'm down 7lbs! I'm so excited, I'm about where I was before I took my 2 month hiatus from WW from Oct 23rd-Jan3rd.
My friend, who does ww with me, she reached goal today, so she's now beginning her 6 weeks of maintanence...I'm so excited for her!!
OMG!!! You go Jennifer! Congratulations on the fantastic loss. You are doing great. Just think how far under 200 you will be after one more week!! Keep at it my friend.
I weighed in last night. This is the first time in a year that I lost weight and don't feel great about it. I was down 1.8. I missed last week, so that would put me 2.2 behind on my goal of 2 a week through spring break. Okay, last time I will think that way. Re-set......back to 2 pounds a week. I have 17 to go until goal. It seems so close yet so far away.
I have only worked out once this week. My poor son is sick so I can't go today. Friday I am taking him to Disney on Ice so I won't work out then. I just hope he's well by then. He has asthma and every cold ends up in his chest. He is four and has had pneumonia four times already. He's too young for the pneumonia vaccine. Wish us luck!

I jsut got them last night.. I got the Eggo ones, but it says Special K in big letters on them and says 99% fat free!! I had them this morning and I couldn't tell ANY difference!!
I LOVE waffles! I buy the eggo brand, multi-grain w/bluberries and I think 2 of them is 3pts. I eat them hot and dry, they're so yummy!
Today is my cheat day, do any of you do that? I'm planning on using my 35 today as we're going out to dinner and I've already consumed 14 of my 25 and it's only 1:40pm. I do that, I have a great loss and think...party time!!! I'm about to head to the gym w/my mom, so that'll help and maybe dinner won't be as bad as I think. My hubby wants to go to that pizza place I was talking about last week, so I'll get a huge salad, a couple slices of pizza and if I can stay away from the cinnamon rolls and apple pizza, I'll be ok!!

Have fun at the pizza place tonight. My in-laws have a Cicis right around the corner from their home in Texas. At least we don't see them but once every year or two. I love me some good cheap pizza!!!
I save all my points for the weekend. We always have something going on socially over the weekend. I know this weekend I will consume some alcohol. My friend is having an adult only party. I am saving for munchies and wine or beer.
Oh Jennifer, thanks for enticing me with the triscuits on a daily basis. I had to go out and buy some.
Hello ladies. Hope your day is going well. Mine has been kind of good I guess. I cleaned a friend's house for $100 until 2:30. Then I went and picked up DD and my transcribing tapes. Now I have to do those tapes. I am trying to pull together as much cash as I can so that we can pay the balance in cash for garage cabinets that we are having installed on Monday I am also getting some cabinets hung above my washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Anyway, due to the odd schedule my eating has been a bit off as well.

Im up to 12 points so far and still have dinner and a snack left!! Not bad.. I've also already gotten ALL my water intake goal in for the day, which is 96 oz. Anything extra is awesome!!!
Fantastic Jenn!!! Congrats on the pound. Do you go to the WW meetings? If so when is the official weigh in? Also, are there any other Smart Ones you like? I think I need to keep some of those on hand for when I just can't think up a lunch on my own. Let me know. --Amy
