I got on to my gazelle and spent 10 minutes there - 10 minutes on hand held weights and about 10 minutes on floor/ab exercises. I good starting for getting back into exercising. I am going to try add several sessions on the gazelle in a day to build it up to 40 -60 minutes daily.

I jogged a mile and then walked a mile with my husband at 5:30 this morning before he went to work, then right after he left for work, I walked two more miles. I love it when it works out for me to exercise right away when I wake up in the morning. It wakes me up and puts me in the right frame of mind for the whole day. I hope to get some more walking in and an ab workout sometime today.

30 minute Hips Buns and Thighs toning DVD this morning.

I know I ought to be getting more exercise than 30 minutes a day. I just feel overwhelmed by the concept of more than that. I can only get up so early in the morning! Hopefully soon I'll have that 30 minutes in the morning burned in as a strong habit and I can start thinking of when else to have another workout. So far, I've been able to keep up with at least 4 days a week of 30 minute workouts. Here's hoping...

15 minutes of pilates, 45 minutes on the elliptical (at level 5 - when I started exercising I could barely do 20 minutes at level 1!), 45 minutes on the recumbent bike.

I did roughly an hour total. 20 minutes on the treadmill, some lunges with weights- and then my knee gave out and I hit the floor. Wasn't injured or anything thankfully and no one was in there to see it. I did some rows and chest presses and hopped back on the treadmill for another 15 minutes or so. Not bad considering I wasn't feeling too hot today and cut my heel open yesterday. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
