  • 30 minutes of Veena and Neena Slim Down again this morning, and I will probably be doing more heavy box moving at work today. The other day, it was the World Book Encyclopedias, and we are expecting the Brittanicas any day now.
  • 45 minutes on the elliptical
    5 minutes on the seated row
  • 45 mins on the elliptical and 20 minutes of weights today.
  • To make up for acting like a sloth yesterday:

    60 minutes of Leslie Sansone Walk Off the Weight and
    40 minutes on the stability ball
  • 30 minutes of Veena and Neena Fat Burning this morning.

    I tried to do Crunch CardioSalsa, but there's just not enough room in my apartment. I kept kicking every piece of furniture I own. I guess I'll just have to wait till I get a bigger place before I do that one. Too bad; it looks so fun, too.
  • Yesterday I did a 30 minute dance performance outside in 98 degree heat and high humidity. In full costume. (umpteen layers of unbreathable fabric)
    That was it for the day, because that experience sucked.

  • 40 minutes of Leslie Sansone's Walk Off the Weight this morning. Ozone alert today, so I don't know if I'll get a bike ride in like I wanted.
  • I did my Walk Away the Pounds 1 mile walk. Today is day 1 for me. Woo Hoo!



  • I'm getting addicted to exercise videos.

    40 minutes on the stability ball (the For Dummies DVD) and a 10 minute stretching routine by Tamilee
  • 68min Elliptical @10 incline & 7 resist
  • 30 minutes Veena and Neena Slim Down this morning. I'm hoping for a bike ride tonight depending on rain and ozone.
  • I wish this horribly hot weather would let up so I could get out and ride my bike!

    40 minutes of Leslie Sansone's Weight Loss Walk this morning.
  • 60 min on the ellipical @ 14 incline 8 resist - was hard I think it was too hot today - lagged ans was slow
  • Yesterday:

    ~walked a brisk mile
    ~belly danced for 1 hour
