I inflated my new stability ball, does that count? That thing's a bear to blow up! I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, either. I don't think my butt is supposed to be below my knees when sitting on it. I'm afraid of over inflating it, though. I hope I didn't end up with a shoddy one.

Otherwise, crappy weather prevented me from walking today.

I worked out pretty good today specially since yesterday me and the husband went to Mexican Village and ate a little bit more than we should.
I started with my one mile run on the tredmill
moved onto the crossramp and did 2 miles one mile forward and one mile backward, then moved on to the eliptical walker and did one mile forward then went to the weight machines and did my ab workout and did some arm workouts. Then I biked home.
I had a good workout today , Seems to make the stress from work a little easier to deal with after a good workout.

Tried something different today.

1/2 hour beginner's pilates, followed by 20 minutes on the stability ball.

Did my aerobics tape last night, even though it was late enough that I could have just used the "its almost bedtime" excuse. I'm a little groggy this morning, but at least I kept the habit going!

20 minute brisk walk at lunch, Couch-to-5k, and 40 minute power walk

Then I had a long talk with my knees, telling them they need to start cooperating if we all want to be happy, that I'm doing the best I can to lighten their work load and now they need to do their fair share, or I, as their employer, would be forced to replace them in years to come, and none of us want that.

30 minute brisk walk at lunch, and 65 minute power walk carrying 2lb weights.

I started to watch a new workout video, but I had to take advantage of the nice weather.

Did the 30 minute Boot Camp CRUNCH video today - total body conditioning work out. I don't think the military has it that hard in boot camp...

I started do Couch-to-5k last night, but it started raining and I didn't finish. Stopping that abruptly was really rough on my knees.
