I did so well today!
I worked out 2 times at the gym- once this morning with a friend:
15 minutes recumbent bike
30 minutes treadmill
15 minutes weights (ab and adductor machine, bicep and tricep machine, lat pulls, chest press, rowing and shoulder press)
then again when I took my daughter to go to her kids finess class:
swimming, 20 minutes with my daughter (then we played with me holding her and swimming with her on my back and such

)
45 minutes treadmill
15 minutes weights (rowing, ab machine, glute/hamstring machine)
