Good Morning, Everyone!

girl81 Hi and Welcome! I don't think there is a specific support area on IF but I know there are some posts. I did a search: https://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/sea...earchid=115273

Yesterday my DH was prepping for a colonoscopy this morning. I didn't post last night.

Yesterday: 40 minute walk

Food: On plan

Steps from yesterday: 12,019

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

December 16

Psalms 68:19
Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.

Doris stood at the window, watching the first heavy snow cover everything outside with a blanket of white. She sipped a cup of tea and reflected on the year quickly fleeting. So many good things had happened. Certainly there had been bad, too, but mostly it was good. She couldn't imagine why she was so blessed as to have so many things going her way. The Lord had looked kindly on her this year. She had never felt so healthy and good. The year had seen weight loss every month. She finally was beginning to look like she'd always dreamed she could. The Lord could take credit for that, too. There was no way Doris could have done so well if God hadn't strengthened her.

Today's thought: I gladly receive all the benefits the Lord has to give, as long as they're not fattening!

Oops I forgot to jump on yesterday
WI about the same, keep dancing the same .2-.4 lb up and down....but it is not a gain!
WO today is day 4 of week 11....next week is my last week with this program. I don't see much of a difference from the beginning and my weight is pretty much the same too but I am stronger physically, my tummy may even be a bit more toned?

Today I have to take my mom to a Dr. appt in downtown ugg, not because I don't want to help my mom it is the downtown part that I hate. She is having trouble keeping her oxygen levels up but they are not dropping down so low she needs a hospital.

This weekend we will drive up to the bigger city (Seattle double ugg) to visit MIL (yeah) and bring her a few Christmas items.

Nine days until Christmas. It’s coming fast. A little sore today, but should feel better after a morning walk. I need to start thinking about my Christmas meal. 🎄

Hi Everyone!

DH got through the colonoscopy. They found 4 polyps. We will wait on the pathology report but the Dr. didn't think they looked suspicious. He will need to go back 12-18 months.

Tonight I am going to the Christmas program at the school where I teach Bible.

Right now I'm getting the house straightened back up.

Have a Blessed day!

Good evening! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone before I left for work this morning. Power walked and ran errands before I punched in. Power walked and ran errands after I got home. Decided not to go out to supper tonight. Have a load of wash in the dryer. 🤶🧑‍🎄🎄🎅🏻

Good Morning, Everyone!

Today, some of us from our church are going to carol at an assisted living facility.

Steps from yesterday: 5,100

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

Today's devotion speaks to me.

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

December 17

1 Corinthians 9:24
Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

Todd wasn't getting anywhere with his diet. It was on and off, at best. He just couldn't stick to it. He'd never been good at discipline and conditioning. How many times had he been kicked off high school teams for not practicing? He just didn't have the killer instinct. He didn't want to win badly enough. We'll have difficulty losing weight if our heart isn't really in it. If we're going to run the race for weight loss, then we need to be serious about winning it. Pray that God will strengthen both your heart and body, so that when the race is finished, you'll receive the prize.

Today's thought: Help me remember that I'm not just running away from fat, but that I'm running toward God's design of who I should be!

Good morning everyone
WI wasn't feeling the love this morning so I skipped it
WO today is a rest day

We are heading up to Seattle today to visit MIL and take her her Christmas gifts. I dislike driving through that city we are south of the city (by 30 milles or so) and they live on the north side of the city so we have to travel the entire length and there is not 'go around' to skirt the city. Anyway when we go it ends up being an all day affair.

Tonight I am making a 'cajun pasta' recipe I have made many times that is low cal and high protein. I am looking forward to it.

yangtzer sorry you have a cold, is this from just travel to you think?
Diana how was the Christmas program? and Caorling at an asissted facility wow I think that would be so so so much fun.
ciecie I take it you feel totally fine, are you still testing positive?
Sinarose, what ya got in mind for that Christmas dinner??
