Diana, Ciecie-thanks. My dog is still very sick today and throwing up. He woke me up at 1am. It’s too cold outside to leave him out there. He threw up on the porch too and we had to get it off quickly before it froze. He stopped his pacing and is finally sleeping some now around 5am. I hope his belly has finally settled.
Ciecie-Oh no, not COVID. I hope you don’t get any of the bad symptoms. Maybe you will only be a carrier/transmitter with no symptoms. Get well soon. Is it still 2 weeks isolating from others after testing positive?
Diana-glad you TV is all set up for use.
I did exercise yesterday, but food choices were mixed. It is a hour by hour battle.
Hello everyone
WI down another bump
WO WEEK 10 completed of 4 day lifting program
Diana wow I had not heard you mention Cody for a long time!
Sinarose is your fur baby better this morning?
ciecie sorry to hear you tested positive. I had it back in feb and it was very mild more like a cold that lasted 2 days....hope it is mild for you
yangtzer...yeah Vegas(?) so how did you mange 8,000 steps and a day of travel LOL long walking airports?
Yesterday we went out for lunch/dinner and I drank 2 beer but ate the veggie plate...well the only reason I ate so light was I had eaten lunch about an hour before DH called and wanted to go out. It worked out.
So last night I got my cocktail smoker and used it on air popped popcorn. Wow campfire feel without the oil and salt and it tasted great....my now new go to snack for my evening cravings.
Good evening! Thanks everyone for wellness wishes! I feel fine. Did something today that was different for me. I slept in until 9:00. Will have supper in a few minutes. 🧑🎄🎅🏻🎄🤶
Yangtzer Have fun! Are you in Vegas for fun or work?
SinaRose How are things going with your furbaby?

Acts 2:21
'And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.'
Barbara was so thankful. She had come so far, but lately the stress had been overwhelming. When she was under stress, she liked to eat. She was so afraid of blowing her diet that it just added to the stress. She was nervous and on edge all the time. One evening, while she had some time alone, she settled down to read her Bible and pray. It was one of the most peaceful experiences she had had in weeks. She felt renewed and strengthened by the experience; so much so that she made it a nightly routine. It got her through the stress, and it kept her on her diet. By God's graces he triumphed.
Today's thought: I admit I need help, but it's good to know that God offers all the help I can handle!
Happy Saturday! My dog is doing a little better. Yesterday, he didn’t want to walk in the morning, but did walk to the postbox with me in the afternoon. He wouldn’t touch his regular food, but did slowly eat some scrambled eggs. Hopefully today he will eat better.
I went for my walk yesterday by myself. Getting prepared today for the next big snow storm which starts coming in tonight. Ate a lot of food yesterday. Ate in the evening too, which I need to stop now before I put on another 10 lbs. 😉

John 3:21
'But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.'
Jack was so proud to show off his wife, Eileen, when they went home for the holidays. Over the summer and fall, she had lost sixty-five pounds. She looked great, and Jack was proud of her. She had worked so hard, and he felt she deserved some credit. It made Eileen feel good to know it meant so much to Jack. God had been good to them both. He had given them patience to deal with each other, and had blessed them both with strength and encouragement. It was true that when a person worked to do what the Lord wanted her to do, He crowned her in victory and allowed her to bask in the limelight for awhile!
Today's thought: I don't care if I come into the limelight, as long as I become light!
